Description
The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for wet spinning, drawing and winding a multifilament Thread, in particular a viscose thread.
There are different ways of continuously producing a multifilament thread

Devices for producing a multifilament thread are known which are in two types can be divided.

From the document DE 35 34 079 A1 a method for producing a Flat yarns made from a thermoplastic material known by melt spinning, wherein a device for the treatment of corresponding threads, which a plastic melt are extruded by means of a spinneret is, and wherein the individual filaments of the yarn by means of a swirling device in individual before winding Knots are intertwined.
Based on the known method and the known device for the continuous production of a multifilament thread, in particular one Viscose thread, the present invention is based on the object Method and device for wet spinning, drawing and winding a multifilament thread, in particular a viscose thread, through which a thread is provided which leads to another Processing is suitable.

According to the inventive method for wet spinning, drawing and Winding up a multifilament thread, in particular a viscose thread proposed that a thread-forming material by at least one A plurality of spinnerets having nozzle openings for forming Filaments are introduced into a spin bath liquid. The filaments are withdrawn from the spinning bath liquid and a stretching process, one Cleaning and drying. Before the filaments, for example are wound into a coil, they become a swirling process subjected. Due to the swirling, the filaments are in more or less irregular distances with each other at so-called fixed points devoured. These fixed points give the filaments a for processing sufficient cohesion. A multifilament thread, which consists of intermingled filaments can, for example a bobbin are wound up, such a bobbin approx triple amount of yarn can take up than a conventional bobbin twisted thread.
After an advantageous development of the method for continuous Making a multifilament thread is suggested that the filaments be swirled after drying. Preferably the filaments after drying, but in front of a delivery plant through which the multifile Thread is fed to a winding process, swirled. This can a tradition can be set that the opening of the filament bundle causes and thus leads to an intense and stable loop structure.
According to a further advantageous development of the method, it is proposed that that in the case of swirling after drying, the filaments a preparation is applied before or after the swirling become. This can further increase the stability of the thread closure become.
According to a further advantageous idea, it is proposed that the Filaments go through a first and a second drying process. The filaments are between the first and the second drying process swirled. The first drying process, the swirling and the The second drying process is preferably carried out directly one after the other. This measure intensifies the entire drying process and accelerated. In addition, the thread can be interposed Turbulence relieve internal tensions, which translates into less Shrinkage affects in further processing.
The filaments are preferably dried on a first section a drying godet. After the filaments the first section have run over a drying godet, they become a vortex subjected. The filaments are intermingled in a tangle nozzle, with a cold or hot medium, preferably compressed air, is operated. After the filaments have been interlaced, the multifile Thread that emerges from the tangle nozzle onto a second section of the Drying godet passed and fed to a final drying of the thread. The Sections of the drying godet have different diameters, see above that there is a tradition of the thread between the sections.
According to a further advantageous development of the method, a Wet interlacing of the filaments is proposed. The swirling takes place here the filaments after cleaning and before drying them.
For better draining of the filaments from a godet, especially one Washing godet, the filaments are still on the washing godet with a Lubricant treated.
The vortexing before drying or final drying has the advantage that the multifilament can shrink better due to its crimp and thus has less shrinkage in the finishing process. This A variant of the method can also already be used by using hot air The filaments dry out. In addition, the use of hot air leads already to a shrinking, since the removal of the water is a Structural change and thus a partial reduction of tensions.
The device according to the invention for the continuous production of a multifilament thread, in particular a viscose thread, with a spinning device with at least one having a plurality of nozzle openings Spinning nozzle, through the thread-forming material to form filaments in a spinning bath liquid is introduced, a stretching device for Stretching the filaments, a cleaning device for cleaning the Filaments, a drying device for drying the filaments and A winding device is characterized in that a swirling device is provided through which the filaments become a multifilament Thread to be swirled. The swirling device is in front of the winding device arranged so that a multifiler substantially smoother Thread to form a bobbin, in particular a cheese can, which compared to the conventionally manufactured coils one up to three times the amount of a thread.
According to an advantageous development of the device, it is proposed that that the intermingling device, viewed in the running direction of the filaments, is arranged after the drying unit. The swirling device is preferably trained in front of a delivery plant to set a lead to be able to, without influencing the subsequent winding device. For Preparation of the filaments or multifilament thread is suggested that the device has a preparation device that the swirling device is upstream or downstream.
According to a further advantageous development of the device proposed that the drying device have a first and a second Has drying unit and the filaments before the second drying unit pass through the swirling device. The drying facility preferably has a drying godet. An embodiment is preferred the drying device in which the first and the second drying unit each by a first or a second section of a Drying godets are formed, the diameter of the first section the drying godet is larger than the diameter of the second Section of the drying godet. Here the filaments are exited the first section of the drying godet through the swirling device out and then to the smaller diameter version second section of the drying godet passed. This will be a Length compensation ensured, which is caused by the swirling of the yarn.
According to a further advantageous proposal, the device has a Interlacing device, viewed in the direction of the filaments, is subordinate to the cleaning device. The vortex after the Cleaning device and in front of the drying device has the advantage that the multifilament thread is less in the further processing Is subject to shrinkage.
To simplify the manufacturing process, it is proposed that the Device is designed such that the swirling device is a treatment device is connected upstream through the filaments with a lubricant be treated. The lubricant improves the detachment of filaments from godets, in particular from a drying godet. The cleaning and treatment device form here preferably a unit. The cleaning device comprises at least a washing godet. The treatment facility is at a distance from the jacket the wash godet arranged.
After a further advantageous thought, it is proposed that the Swirling device at least one, preferably with a cold or hot compressed air operated, tangel nozzle.

FIG. 1 shows a first exemplary embodiment of a device for Making a multifilament thread shown. This device acts it is an example of the production of a viscose thread after known tube spinning process.
Antrieb 38 angetrieben. A liquid viscose is converted from a storage container 1 via a

A swirling device is located between the

aufgewickelt wird.FIG. 2 shows part of the device according to the invention for continuous

ausgeglichen.FIG. 3 shows a special embodiment of the drying device.
