Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Gebläseanordnung, bestehend aus einem von einem Motor angetriebenen Zentrifugalgebläserad (3), dem ein Leitrad (7) zugeordnet ist, das das Zentrifugalgebläserad (3) umfangsmäßig umgibt und mit dem Zentrifugalgebläserad (3) zusammen in einem gemeinsamen, an das Gehäuse (10) des Motors anfügbaren Gebläsegehäuse (13) eingebaut ist, bei welchem Zentrifugalgebläserad (3) an einer mit der Welle des Motors drehfest gekuppelten Tragscheibe (4) axial vorstehende Förderschaufeln (5) angeordnet sind, auf deren der Tragscheibe (4) abgewandten Seite eine Deckscheibe (6) aufgesetzt ist, bei welcher Gebläseanordnung ferner das Gebläsegehäuse (13) im Bereich der Einlaßöffnung (17) die radial innere Umfangskante (20) der Deckscheibe (6) unter Belassung eines Spaltes (21) überlappt. Eine weitere Verminderung der Rückströmverluste ist dadurch möglich, daß in dem Überlappungsbereich des Gebläsegehäuses (13) mit der Deckscheibe (6) an dem Gebläsegehäuse (13) eine an diesem festhaftende elastische Dichtungsmasse (23) aufgebracht ist, die beim Anfügen des Gebläsegehäuses (13) an das Motorgehäuse (10) unter Vermeidung eines Festhaftens an der Deckscheibe (6) den Spalt (21) ausfüllt.
