Abstract
Es wird ein Elektromagnet zur Betätigung eines Wegeventils (11) vorgeschlagen, bei dem der Steuerschieber (35) von einem Doppelhubmagneten (10) in wenigstens drei Schaltstellungen verstellbar ist. In einer beiden Spulen (26, 27) des Doppelhubmagneten (10) gemeinsam zugeordneten Flußleitscheibe (28) ist außerhalb eines Druckrohrs (13) ein den Magnetfluß beider Kreise messendes Sensorelement (34) angeordnet, um davon abhängig die Erregerströme beider Spulen (26, 27) zu steuern und dadurch Anzugskräfte und Ankerstellungen zu beeinflussen. Ein 3-Stellungs-Wegeventil kommt mit einem einzigen Sensorelement (34) aus, was eine kostengünstige, kompakte und einfache Bauweise ermöglicht. An electromagnet for actuating a directional control valve (11) is proposed, in which the control slide (35) can be adjusted in at least three switching positions by a double stroke magnet (10). A sensor element (34) measuring the magnetic flux of both circuits is arranged outside of a pressure tube (13) in one of the two coils (26, 27) of the flux guide disk (28), which is assigned to the double lifting magnet (10) ) to control and thereby influence pulling forces and anchor positions. A 3-position directional valve needs only one sensor element (34), which enables an inexpensive, compact and simple construction.
