Abstract
Zur zirkulierenden Wirbelschicht gehört eine Wirbelbrennkammer (1), welcher man sauerstoffhaltiges Fluidisierungsgas zuführt. Aus dem oberen Bereich der Wirbelbrennkammer wird ein Gas-Feststoff-Gemisch mit Temperaturen von 800 bis 1400°C abgezogen und einem Abscheider (13) zugeführt. Aus dem Abscheider zieht man heiße Feststoffe ab und speist mindestens einen Teil (9a) der Feststoffe in einen außerhalb der Wirbelbrennkammer angeordneten Mischer (8) ein. Diesem Mischer führt man auch Abfallstoffe (7) zu und vermischt sie mit den eingespeisten heißen Feststoffen, wobei ein Feststoffgemisch und Pyrolysegas gebildet werden. Mindestens einen Teil des Feststoffgemisches (10) leitet man in die Wirbelbrennkammer. Das Pyrolysegas (15) kann zum Beispiel in die Wirbelbrennkammer geleitet oder in einer separaten Brennkammer (16) verbrannt werden. The circulating fluidized bed includes a fluidized bed combustion chamber (1), to which oxygenated fluidizing gas is fed. A gas-solid mixture at temperatures of 800 to 1400 ° C. is drawn off from the upper region of the swirl combustion chamber and fed to a separator (13). Hot solids are withdrawn from the separator and at least some (9a) of the solids are fed into a mixer (8) arranged outside the swirl combustion chamber. Waste materials (7) are also fed to this mixer and mixed with the hot solids fed in, a solid mixture and pyrolysis gas being formed. At least part of the solid mixture (10) is passed into the swirl combustion chamber. The pyrolysis gas (15) can, for example, be passed into the swirl combustion chamber or burned in a separate combustion chamber (16).
