Aus der Firmenbroschüre von MEG MEG Operating Description SDE", Seite MC 10,
vom 5.
From the MEG company brochure MEG Operating Description SDE ",

The solution according to the invention advantageously allows a large part of the Exhaust gas volume flow to a process air burner, where through a the volatile organic components have a sufficiently long residence time can be burned in the exhaust gas. Since the process air burner against the Shielded atmosphere inside the dryer can crack the volatile organic components do not occur. In addition, through the Degree of exhaust gas circulation through the process air burner into the interior of the dryer the proportion of exhaust gas to be reduced, that of a thermal Afterburner is supplied. That way they can Fuel costs for the dryer and for the afterburner be significantly reduced.
In advantageous configurations of the idea on which the invention is based the dryer can comprise a plurality or only one or two zones. The volume flow of the exhaust gas is determined by a actuated control element controlled, for example in a pipe system can be accommodated. Alternatively, the actuatable actuating element can also be in one Exhaust pipe to be housed.
In vorteilhafter Weise kann die Heizenergie des erhitzten Gases den einzelnen Zonen des Trockners durch ein Rohrsystem zugeführt werden. Die Querschnitte dieses Rohrsystems können dabei über die Länge des Trockners gesehen abnehmen. An den Übergangsstellen der verschiedenen Sektionen des Rohrsystems sind Auslaßöffnungen vorgesehen, um das erhitzte Gas den einzelnen Trocknerzonen zuzuleiten. Ein Teil des erhitzten Gases kann auch einer Kühlzone des Trockners zugeleitet werden.The heating energy of the heated gas can be advantageous to the individual Zones of the dryer are fed through a pipe system. Inneren 6 des Trockners ist ein Ventilator 26 angeordnet, der das Abgas ausbläst;
der Auslaßöffnung 5.With the help of an
Since the first pipe section 15.1, which receives the
In connection with the dryer according to FIGS. 2-5, it should be noted that the dryers shown are operated in the counterflow principle, d. H. the The direction of web travel and the direction of flow of the gas are mutually different opposite. Of course, the solution according to the invention can also be used Applied dryers that operate in DC mode, d. H. The web running direction and flow direction point in the same direction.
Fig. 2 zeigt eine vereinfachte Trocknerdarstellung.Fig. 2 shows a simplified dryer representation.
Zone 7 bereits verdampften flüchtigen Lösungsmitteln in Kontakt kommt. Dies
Fig. 3 shows a dryer with a heating zone above and below the web.
In this configuration, a
Sektionen, einer ersten Brennersektion 15.1 sowie einer weiteren Sektion 15.2.4 shows an alternative embodiment of the present invention. A

4 bereits angedeutet.5 shows a dryer with a first and a second zone in front of one

in Fig. 5 angedeutet.Heated gas is supplied from the
Erhitztes Gas aus dem Rohrsystem 15 wird durch die Umluftventilatoren 10, 11;
Rohrsystem 15 fungiert.Heated gas from the
The heated gas is fed to the
The actuating unit 27.1 for the
Within the
Although not described in detail in detail, the
