Claims (5)
- Dispositif de contrôle automatique de la tension d'une bande imprimée dans une machine à imprimer, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un émetteur d'impulsions cycliques (6) entraíné par le cylindre gravé ou cliché (1) de la dernière unité d'impression (A) de la machine à imprimer, un émetteur d'impulsions incrémentales (8) entraíné par la bande imprimée (3), la sortie de ces deux émetteurs étant reliée à une entrée d'un régulateur PlD (10) dont l'autre entrée est reliée à une unité de référence de pas d'impression (9') tandis que la sortie du régulateur PID (10) est reliée à un convertisseur électro-pneumatique (11) lui-même relié à un actionneur pneumatique (5) agissant sur un cylindre danseur (4) de tension de la bande (3) en sortie, de sorte qu'est maintenu un pas d'impression constant pour la machine à imprimer.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les informations sortant des deux émetteurs d'impulsion (6, 8) sont reçues par une unité de mesure de pas d'impression (9) dont la sortie est reliée au régulateur PlD (10).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de mesure de pas d'impression (9) est réalisée par un compteur recyclé à chaque impulsion de l'émetteur d'impulsions cycliques (6).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'un détecteur d'écart de pas (12) est relié entre l'unité de mesure de pas d'impression (9) et l'unité de référence de pas d'impression (9').
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le régulateur PlD (10) comporte un convertisseur numérique analogique (13) fournissant le signal d'écart de pas d'impression et qui est relié à un amplificateur (14) délivrant le signal de correction au convertisseur électro-pneumatique (11).
