Claims (10)

  1. Un procédé pour faire des plaques d'impression lithographiques à sensibilité élevée comprenant les phases consistant à exposer sous forme d'image avec un laser émettant dans le domaine de longueurs d'onde de 700 - 1500 nm un élément formateur d'image thermosensible à effet positif comprenant sur une base lithographique munie d'une surface hydrophile une couche hydrophobe sensible au rayonnement infrarouge, et à développer, sans autre traitement supplémentaire à l'exception d'un éventuel traitement thermique, ledit élément formateur d'image dans une solution alcaline aqueuse, caractérisé en ce que le laser infrarouge a un temps de séjour de pixels inférieur à 0,075 µs.
  2. Un procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément formateur d'image thermosensible est exposé sur un scanner à tambour interne ou sur un scanner à plat.
  3. Un procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément formateur d'image thermosensible est développé dans un simple procédé de nettoyage humide en le rinçant avec une solution de développement alcaline aqueuse.
  4. Un procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite couche hydrophobe sensible au rayonnement infrarouge comprend un absorbant infrarouge et un liant de résine.
  5. Un procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite couche hydrophobe sensible au rayonnement infrarouge comprend de la nitrocellulose.
  6. Un procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément formateur d'image comprend une couche thermodurcissable entre la base lithographique et la couche hydrophobe sensible au rayonnement infrarouge, cette couche thermodurcissable étant soluble dans une solution de développement aqueuse et comprenant un polymère hydrophobe autodurcissable ou un durcissant et un polymère hydrophobe.
  7. Un procédé selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que ledit polymère hydrophobe autodurcissable est une résine phénolique.
  8. Un procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que ladite'couche thermodurcissable est rendue insensible à la lumière visible ou ultraviolette.
  9. Un procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 8, caractérisé en ce que ladite couche thermodurcissable accepte l'encre.
  10. Un élément formateur d'image thermosensible selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 9, caractérisé en ce que ladite couche thermodurcissable accepte l'encre.
