Claims (11)

  1. Dispositif de dosage de poudre pour le dosage d'une poudre dans un solvant, comportant un réservoir de poudre (1), une ouverture de dosage pour l'évacuation de la poudre du réservoir (1), un dispositif d'alimentation (4, 5) du solvant qui chasse la poudre à travers l'ouverture de dosage et comportant un tamis (3, 8, 10), disposé dans l'ouverture de dosage, qui reçoit le solvant à partir du côté tourné à l'opposé du réservoir de poudre (1), caractérisé en ce que les ouvertures de tamis (9, 12) du tamis (3, 8, 10) ne présentent pas de section libre perpendiculairement au plan du tamis.
  2. Dispositif de dosage de poudre selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les ouvertures de tamis sont réalisées en tant que canaux de passage (9, 12) inclinés par rapport au plan du tamis.
  3. Dispositif de dosage de poudre selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les canaux de passage sont réalisés en tant que fentes de passage (9, 12).
  4. Dispositif de dosage de poudre selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que l'angle d'inclinaison que les canaux de passage (9, 12) forment avec le plan du tamis est inférieur ou égal à l'angle de talus de la poudre à doser.
  5. Dispositif de dosage de poudre selon l'une des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'angle d'inclinaison que les canaux de passage (9, 12) forment avec le plan du tamis est de 20 à 60°, de préférence de 30 à 45°.
  6. Dispositif de dosage de poudre selon l'une des revendications 2 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture libre des canaux de passage (9, 12) est de 1,5 à 2,5 fois, de préférence environ le double de la grosseur moyenne des grains de la poudre à doser.
  7. Dispositif de dosage de poudre selon l'une des revendications 2 à 6, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture libre des canaux de passage (9, 12) est de 1,5 à 4 mm, de préférence de 2 à 3 mm.
  8. Dispositif de dosage de poudre selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que l'alimentation en solvant s'effectue au moyen d'une buse à cône creux ou d'une buse à cône plein (4).
  9. Dispositif de dosage de poudre selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que l'angle de cône est adapté à l'inclinaison des ouvertures de tamis (9, 12).
  10. Dispositif de dosage de poudre selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le tamis comporte une plaque en matière plastique (3, 8, 10) pourvue d'ouvertures de tamis (9, 12).
  11. Dispositif de dosage de poudre selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que la plaque en matière plastique est une plaque en Téflon ou en PVC (8, 10).
