Description
The present invention relates to a drill bit, in particular percussion or rotary percussion bit, the drill head cut on its face to loosen and / or shred of the material to be mined, at least one Cutting edge curved to a radial direction of the face the drill head runs and at least one more straight running edge on the side of the convex curvature of the curved cutting edge is arranged.
Drill bits, especially for impact or rotary impact drilling, are known in different embodiments become. So are DE-A 28 41 679, DE-A 29 52 295, the DE-A 30 25 890, DE-A 38 20 695 or US-A 3 062 306 To remove rock core bits for rotary impact drilling, whereby at the end face of the drill head a plurality of radial Cutting edges arranged in the direction of the end face are, which are sometimes only part of the radial Extend the face. With rotary impact drilling is usually after an impact stress the core bit this core bit by a certain angle displaced and in turn struck with a striking tool, with the alternating displacement in the direction of rotation and systematically strike on the drill bit the rotary movement swept the material and is broken out. The in the known embodiments The cutting edges used are essentially trapezoidal or triangular and thus cause a beating Stress formation of grooves or grooves by penetrating the cutting edges into the material to be mined, being arranged in the radial direction Cutting the material due to the impact is divided into sectors when the cutting edges penetrate. For the case that in between the impact stresses Rotational movement of the mutual angular distance too large is selected, only the grooves are cut in the material incorporated and it remains between the individual grooves relatively large, sector-shaped, raised material cross sections, which didn't break out easily can be. For proper dismantling, therefore, must Care should be taken that the between the strains the selected angle of rotation is dimensioned sufficiently small, to by repositioning and penetrating the cutting edges the deployment of the sector-shaped, rib-like elevations to be able to effect the material as completely as possible. In addition, it is immediately apparent that this angular distance significantly from the distance on the outer circumference of the drill bit is determined with the radial arrangement of the cutting edges, while in Towards the center at the same time an unnecessarily tight seating the cutting is done. Furthermore, in particular hard rock fear that in the event that the sector-shaped Surveys between the penetration points of the Cutting when moving is not easy due to penetration the cutting edges can be broken off upon completion an entire revolution of the drill bit or, if appropriate smaller angular distance if the cutting edges are symmetrical are arranged, the cutting into existing ones Notches or grooves occur or slip and the between individual, existing in the radial direction grooves Material cross section can not be reduced.
Similar designs of a drill bit or a drill bit can also be found in EP-A-0 017 518, where specially trained and in corresponding recesses Drill head partially detachable blades also in run essentially in the radial direction, whereby again the above problems arise.
Furthermore, for example, DE-C 918 741 is a rock drill with single or multiple cutting edges, at least an arcuate cutting edge is provided to prevent wear and tear to even the cutting across their entire extent. It is also proposed in the concave area of the arcuate cutting edge, if necessary, an additional straight Provide cutting edge to avoid the emergence of the Avoid cutting painted areas. According to this However, prior art must avoid excessive Wear on the edges of the drill bit additional armoring be provided, such excessive wear in particular by the arcuate design of the Cutting resulting, uneven weight distribution and Imbalance of the entire drill bit and the resulting ones Problems in achieving a straight borehole become.
A drill bit, especially a percussion or rotary impact bit, GB-A 189 021 is of the type mentioned at the beginning can be seen, with a straight edge on the end face in a radial direction through the center of the drill cone runs and at an end portion of the straight edge a curved edge with the side running normally joins their convex curvature. Even with this well-known Training can be due to uneven weight distribution result in an imbalance.
The present invention now aims to provide a drill bit of the type mentioned to further develop that by a correspondingly modified positioning of the Cut into the face of the drill bit of the drill bit a faster breakdown favoring the cutting edges can be realized. In particular, the aim is to that even when choosing a relatively large angular distance between individual impact loads on a rotary impact drill the entire area to be mined is substantially uniform is swept by the cutting edges and the between individual penetration points of the cutting edges remaining material cross sections safe when painting over with a subsequent one Cutting edge can be removed or broken out. For This object is achieved by the drill bit according to the invention in essentially characterized in that the curved Cut from the center of the drill bit or through the The center of the drill bit runs. By such an inventive Training ensures that the am outer circumference of the drill bit between individual stop lines remaining material cross sections are small and therefore a complete breakout of the material can be ensured can, especially in the middle range and at the same time a safe one in the peripheral areas lying on the outer circumference and complete processing of the material cross section is made possible. Since in addition to a curved cutting edge according to the invention on the convex curved side another straight extending cutting edge is ensured, that in contrast to using only radial The blades are arranged in the direction, which is a stop pattern with the formation of sectoral surveys between the individual penetration points of the cutting edges, one less uniform and less regular attack pattern generated can be, the individual penetration points or lines of impact in the diagram of the cutting edges in different Cross angles. This results in overpainting of the material cross-section to be removed by twisting of the drill bit is a plot, in which at least sometimes irregularly shaped surveys between individuals Stop lines of the cutting edges remain, which due to their irregular shape can be easily broken. Thereby, that the straight edge on the side of the convex Curvature of the curved cutting edge arranged is, in addition, one over the entire cross section of the Drill bit achieved more even weight distribution, so that overall in a simple way a achieving a straight Borehole disturbing imbalance and uneven Wear can be avoided. In this context is also particularly preferred that the common focus of the cutting in the longitudinal axis of the Drill bit lies.
For an equalization of the load on the drill bit and in particular their end face and the one arranged thereon Cutting is carried out according to a further preferred embodiment suggested that each of two neighboring Cutting enclosed areas on the face of the Drill bits are essentially the same size, which also means the stop pattern even with larger angular distances between can improve the striking stresses and thus can achieve an overall increase in propulsive power.
For a structurally particularly favorable production is also provided that the curved cutting edge of an arc, an ellipse or parabola, like this one corresponds to another preferred embodiment of the invention.
The curvature of the at least one is curved to the radial direction the cutting edge running on the end face can, as indicated above, as an arcuate curvature or generally as be a conic section line, this being a relative enables easy manufacture of the cutting edge. Hiebei can the curvature according to the conditions of use Limits are selected, with very flat curves, i.e. large radii of curvature, which result in cutting edges, which ones only slightly from cutting edges aligned in a straight line deviate, are possible. Of course you can too Cutting edges are used, the curvature of which is at least one Has inflection point. The number of arranged on the drill head Cutting also largely depends on the intended use, i.e. of the material to be mined and the size of the drill head from. While with relatively small diameters of the drill head with relatively little cutting, i.e. for example two to four Cutting, at least one of which is curved to a radial Direction of the end face of the drill head and a further on the side of the convex curvature, the The number of cutting edges can be found with larger diameter drill heads, for example up to 80 or 100 cm in diameter, a multiple the number of cutting edges indicated above, for example up to to be 40 or 50 cutting edges.
According to a particularly preferred embodiment, the invention is Drill bit developed in such a way that the straight line running cutting edge an angle with a radial Direction of the face. By providing one straight line enclosing an angle with a radial direction Cutting edge is particularly curved in combination with the or arcuate cutting edge in any case essentially regardless of the positioning of the straight lines Cut the desired, non-uniform plot ensured.
According to a further preferred embodiment, the invention provided that the rectilinear cutting edge as a cutting edge extending in the radial direction is formed, which from the center of the drill bit to the edge the end face of the drill bit runs. By providing one such in the radial direction and over a complete Radius of the face extending cutting edge ensured that curved together with the at least one to the cutting edge extending essentially diamond-shaped elevations between adjacent stop lines are formed, with such diamond-shaped, remaining material cross sections between the individual Stop lines at the latest with one more turn it is ensured that a cutting edge essentially meets a remaining diamond-shaped cross-section in the middle and this remaining cross-section of material is therefore reliable and is completely eliminated.
For a further improved painting over the outside The scope also lies in the areas preferably made in such a way that it is on the outer edge of the drill bit lying end of the one enclosing an angle with the radial direction Cutting edge and / or the curved cutting edge a radial of the end face an angle between 10 and 40 °, especially 15 to 30 °.
For a correspondingly easy penetration of the cutting edges in the Material and to loosen and break the between the remaining stop grooves generated by the cutting To simplify materials, the training is further preferred taken so that the cutting in cross section essentially are triangular and with at their tips for example, cutting edges formed by hard material inserts are provided.
To ensure that even when breaking out larger material parts Furthermore, it is easy to transport them away the training is preferably made so that the drill head on its outer circumference next to the cutting edges and / or has flattened peripheral areas, which may be in Provide additional cutting edges for the direction of rotation of the drill bit are. Furthermore, such additional in the direction of Drill bits arranged cutting edges also ensure that a corresponding uniform outer contour of the can be produced borehole.
For an easy introduction of a rinsing or cooling liquid in the area of the end face of the drill bit and / or for easy removal, especially rinsing, of mined material is according to another form of training preferably provided that the drill bit with at least one Channel for introducing a rinsing or cooling liquid and / or is designed to discharge the mined material. For an even distribution over the entire face of the The drill bit is preferably provided for the channel to be in a plurality of outlet openings, which at the End face of the drill head distributed symmetrically between the Cutting edges.
For processing particularly hard or resistant materials can also be provided that in addition pin or spherical hard material inserts on the end face the drill bit are set to, especially in the larger material cross-sections on the outer circumference to remove as completely as possible. This allows also the weight distribution of the drill bit to achieve a rectilinear bore even.
In Fig. 1, 1 generally denotes a drill bit

abgesetzten Bereichen 8 in Drehrichtung zusätzlich Schneiden 9
How this is shown in particular from the
vorangehenden Schlagbeanspruchungen eintreten bzw. abrutschen
With the arrangement of the
From Fig. 3 it can also be seen that the proposed

Furthermore, to avoid uneven stresses
as well as to achieve a straight borehole,

So

bzw. Schneidenabschnitten 13 und 14 als auch eine möglichst
vollständige Zentrierung des Schwerpunktes geachtet wird.In the further modified embodiment according to FIG. 5

welchem unterschiedliche Muster bzw. Materialquerschnitte
Materials über die gesamte Oberfläche erzielbar ist. Hiebei
Materialquerschnitte eintreten bzw. abrutschen
