- un ensemble inférieur constituant la semelle de glisse, éventuellement bordé de carres ;
- un ensemble supérieur comprenant au moins une couche extérieure formant la face supérieure et les chants,
- un noyau de remplissage de l'espace compris entre l'ensemble inférieur et l'ensemble supérieur, constitué d'une mousse de polyuréthanne expansée ;
- au moins un élément de renfort disposé sous la couche extérieure et/ou sur la semelle et imprégné d'une résine réticulée ;
- un élément intermédiaire de collage interposé entre l'élément de renfort et le noyau de remplissage.
- un ensemble inférieur (1) comprenant la semelle (2), et bordé de carres (3, 4) ;
- un ensemble supérieur (5) constitué de la couche supérieure (6) formant le dessus de la planche et une partie des chants latéraux (7, 8), ainsi que des chants latéraux (7, 8) proprement dits ;
- un noyau injecté (10) remplissant l'espace entre l'ensemble inférieur (1) et l'ensemble supérieur (5).
- utiliser un film support de porosité variable,
- faire varier la quantité d'extrait sec de solution à base de latex,

- en modifiant le débit en solution de la machine d'imprégnation de la feuille,

- en modifiant la pression de calandrage du film enduit.
- le film jouant l'intermédiaire de collage, grâce à sa porosité, assure une bonne adhérence avec le noyau et les éléments de renfort ;
- il empêche le contact entre la résine epoxy de l'élément de renfort et les éléments constitutifs de la mousse de polyuréthanne, dont on sait qu'ils sont chimiquement incompatibles ;
- le choix d'une solution d'enduction à base de latex confère une capacité de cisaillement à l'élément intermédiaire de collage, et partant, un comportement dynamique amélioré au ski.
Claims (8)
- Planche de glisse, comportant :un ensemble inférieur (1) constituant la semelle de glisse (2), éventuellement bordé de carres (3, 4) ;un ensemble supérieur (5) comprenant au moins une couche extérieure formant la face supérieure (6) et les chants (7, 8),un noyau de remplissage (10) de l'espace compris entre l'ensemble inférieur (1) et l'ensemble supérieur (5), constitué d'une mousse de polyuréthanne expansée ;au moins un élément de renfort (15, 16) disposé sous la couche extérieure (6) et/ou sur la semelle (2) et imprégné d'une résine réticulée ;un élément intermédiaire de collage (17, 18) interposé entre l'élément de renfort (15, 16) et le noyau de remplissage (10),
- Planche de glisse selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la feuille poreuse (17) est une nappe fibreuse et réalisée en un non tissé, à base de fibres polyester, de fibres cellulosiques, ou de fibres de verre.
- Planche de glisse selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la feuille poreuse (17) est une nappe textile et réalisée en un tissu.
- Planche de glisse selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la feuille poreuse (17) est réalisée en papier.
- Planche de glisse selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que la porosité de la feuille poreuse (17) est comprise entre trois et cent litre par mètre carré par seconde (3 l/m2/s et 100 l/m2/s) sous une pression de 196 Pascal.
- Planche de glisse selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que la masse en extrait sec de solution à base de latex enduisant la feuille poreuse est compris entre dix pour-cent (10%) et cinquante pour-cent (50%) de la masse de la feuille (17).
- Planche de glisse selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de renfort (15) est disposé entre le noyau et la couche extérieure (6).
- Planche de glisse selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de renfort (16) est disposé entre le noyau et l'ensemble inférieur (1).
