nach Erfahrungswerten ein wenig schräg gestellt, so daß an der Abströmseite der
Abstand der Düsenöffnungen 15 von der durchlaufenden Platte 16 kleiner ist als
auf der Zuströmseite. Die oberen Düsenkästen 14a in Figur 4 werden daher mit
einem leichten Gefälle nach links, die unteren Düsenkästen 14b mit einem leichten
Gefälle nach rechts montiert. Bei Trocknern, die aus einer größeren Anzahl von
aneinandergereihten Abteilen bestehen, wird die Schräg-stellung zumindest in
einigen Abteilen vorgenommen, vorzugsweise in der einlauf-seitigen Hälfte der
Trocknungsstrecke. Zeigt sich dann bei der Inbetriebnahme, daß die Restfeuchte
der den Trockner verlassenden Platten auf der einen Seite größer oder kleiner ist
als auf der anderen Seite, so wird je nach Größe der festgestellten
Ungleichförmigkeit eine Korrektur vorgenommen. Dies geschieht, indem man
weitere Düsenkästen ein wenig schräg stellt oder bei dem bereits schräggestellten
Düsenkästen die Neigung vergrößert, verkleinert oder rückgängig macht.Je nach
der Größe der festgestellten Ungleichförmigkeit genügt es schon, nur bei wenigen
Düsenkästen, z. B. bei den Düsenkästen eines einzigen Abteils, die Schrägstellung
zu korrigieren. Nach der Durchführung der Korrektur sind die Düsenkästen daher in
der Regel in unterschiedlichen Stellungen arretiert.The
