Abstract
Anordnung zur Tintenversorgung eines Tintendruckkopfes aus
mehreren Modulen in Stapelbauweise. Es werden eine hohe
Zuverlässigkeit und eine kompakte Bauweise angestrebt.
Aufgabengemäß sollen Tintendruckmodule 11, 21, 31 des Tintendruckkopfes
gemeinsam mittels einer flexiblen Verbindung über einen
Tintenschlauch 8 zwischen dem Tintendruckkopf und einem Tintentank
9 versorgt werden, wobei von einem gemeinsamen Adapter 7 und
Tintenanschlußstutzen 4, 5, 6 an jedem Tintendruckmodul 11, 21, 31
ausgegangen wird.
Erfindungsgemäß sind die Tintenanschlußstutzen 4, 5, 6 parallel zu
einer Seitenkante der Tintendruckmodule 11, 21, 31 an zugeordneten
stirnseitig angeformten Lappen 1111, 1121, 1131; 2111, 2121, 2131;
3111, 3121, 3131 in Fluidverbindung zu einem in letzteren vorhandenen
gemeinsamen Versorgungskanal angesetzt.
Der gemeinsame Adapter 7 weist eine Druckausgleichsmembran 72
sowie ein Filter 73 auf und ist federnd gummielastisch auf die
Tintenanschlußstutzen 4, 5, 6 aufgesetzt.
Auf diese Weise werden Druckschwankungen ausgeglichen,
Luftziehen einzelner Düsen eingeschränkt und Verschmutzungen der
Tintenkanäle durch Fremdpartikel verhindert. Die gummielastische
Verbindung des Adapters 7 und der Tintenanschlußstutzen 4, 5, 6 zu
den Tintendruckmodulen 11, 21, 31 entkoppelt die relativ geringen
Toleranzforderungen für die Tintenversorgung von den sehr strengen
Toleranzforderungen für den Modulaufbau.

According to the task, ink printing modules 11, 21, 31 of the ink printing head are to be supplied jointly by means of a flexible connection via an ink hose 8 between the ink printing head and an ink tank 9, with a common adapter 7 and ink connecting pieces 4, 5, 6 on each ink printing module 11, 21, 31 is assumed.
According to the invention, the ink connecting pieces 4, 5, 6 are parallel to a side edge of the ink printing modules 11, 21, 31 on associated flaps 1111, 1121, 1131; 2111, 2121, 2131; 3111, 3121, 3131 in fluid connection to a common supply channel present in the latter.
The common adapter 7 has a pressure equalization membrane 72 and a filter 73 and is resiliently placed on the ink connecting pieces 4, 5, 6 in a rubber-elastic manner.
In this way, pressure fluctuations are compensated, air is drawn from individual nozzles and contamination of the ink channels by foreign particles is prevented. The rubber-elastic connection of the adapter 7 and the ink connection piece 4, 5, 6 to the ink printing modules 11, 21, 31 decouples the relatively low tolerance requirements for the ink supply from the very strict tolerance requirements for the module structure.
