Claims (10)
- Dispositif de distribution (1, 101) d'un liquide (L) contenant des particules solides, ce dispositif comportant un récipient (1, 101) contenant le liquide (L) à distribuer et une tête de distribution (5, 105) portée par ledit récipient, un organe plongeur (7, 107) étant fixé sur l'orifice d'entrée de la tête de distribution et ayant son extrémité libre disposée au voisinage du fond (3, 103) du récipient (1, 101), caractérisé par le fait que l'organe plongeur (7, 107) comporte au moins un élément poreux (10, 110) à porosité ouverte au travers duquel s'effectue le passage du liquide (L), la partie de l'organe plongeur (7, 107) non constituée par ledit élément poreux étant imperméable au liquide (L) à distribuer et l'élément poreux (10, 110) étant disposé de façon à être au-dessous du niveau du liquide, lorsque le récipient est plein et placé dans sa position de distribution.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que l'élément poreux (10, 110) est disposé au voisinage de l'extrémité libre de l'organe plongeur (7, 107).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que l'élément poreux a une taille de pores comprise entre 7 et 250 micromètres.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait que l'élément poreux est en matière plastique expansée.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé par le fait que l'organe plongeur (7) est entièrement constitué d'un matériau poreux qui porte un gainage (9) sur la majeure partie de sa surface de façon à le rendre étanche, à l'exception d'au moins une zone formant l'élément poreux (10).
- Dispositif selon les revendications 4 et 5 prises simultanément, caractérisé par le fait que le gainage (9) est obtenu en disposant autour de l'organe plongeur (7) une gaine de matériau plastique.
- Dispositif selon les revendications 4 et 5 prises simultanément, caractérisé par le fait que le gainage (9) est obtenu en déposant sur l'organe plongeur (7) une couche de substance susceptible de boucher les pores et de rendre l'organe plongeur (7) imperméable au liquide (L).
- Dispositif selon les revendications 4 et 5 prises simultanément, caractérisé par le fait que le gainage (9) est obtenu lors de la fabrication par moulage de l'organe plongeur (7) par bi-injection d'une matière plastique poreuse et d'une matière plastique imperméable au liquide (L).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait que l'organe plongeur (107) est réalisé en un matériau imperméable au liquide (L), son extrémité libre étant fermée par un élément poreux (110).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé par le fait que l'élément poreux (110) a la forme d'une cuvette qui s'emboíte par son bord sur l'extrémité libre de l'organe plongeur (107).
