Abstract

Es wird ein Trockner fur Holzspäne und andere Schüttgüter beschrieben, mit einer Feuerung zur indirekten Beheizung desTrocknungsapparates. Der Trockner arbeitet im Umgas-Betrieb mit hoher Wasserdampfbeladung. Alle Trocknerabgase werden der Feuerung (6) zugeführt und dort thermisch nachverbrannt. Der Trocknungsapparat (1) besteht aus zwei Trocknungsstrecken. Die erste (2) wird mit der Wärme der einströmenden Brüden beheizt. Diese Wärme wird dem Rauchgasstrom in einem Gas- / Gas-Wärmetauscher (7) entzogen und der Brüdenrückführung (10) zugeführt. Die zweite Trocknungsstrecke (4) besteht aus einem Heizregister (5) dessen Wärme den Rauchgasen in einem Erhitzer (8) entzogen wird, der unmittelbar nach der Feuerung (6) angeordnet ist und die Rauchgastemperatur auf ca. 500° bis 600° senkt. Der Gas-/Gas-Wärmetauscher (7) kann hierdurch als einfache Blechkonstruktion ausgeführt werden.
Die Erfindung ermöglicht vergleichsweise eine sicherere Einhaltung der Nachverbrennungstemperatur, den Einsatz von Gas-/ Gas-Wärmetauschern in bewährter und einfacher Blechausführung und eine bessere Wärmenutzung.

A dryer for wood chips and other bulk materials is described, with a furnace for indirect heating of the drying apparatus. The dryer works in the gas operation with a high water vapor load. All dryer exhaust gases are fed to the furnace (6) where they are re-burned thermally. The drying apparatus (1) consists of two drying sections. The first (2) is heated with the heat of the incoming vapors. This heat is extracted from the flue gas stream in a gas / gas heat exchanger (7) and fed to the vapor return (10). The second drying section (4) consists of a heating register (5), the heat of which is extracted from the flue gases in a heater (8), which is arranged immediately after the furnace (6) and lowers the flue gas temperature to approximately 500 ° to 600 °. The gas / gas heat exchanger (7) can thus be designed as a simple sheet metal construction.
The invention enables comparatively more reliable compliance with the post-combustion temperature, the use of gas / gas heat exchangers in a proven and simple sheet metal design and better use of heat.
