Claims (12)

  1. Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Matratze aus einer Rohlatexplatte (1), die Abmessungen wie die der Matratze haben kann, die nicht den üblichen Normen entsprechen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es in dem Einsetzen der Rohlatexplatte (3) in einen eine Schablone (3) bildenden festen Rahmen mit vorbestimmten Abmessungen besteht, so dass der Rahmen (3) die Rohlatexplatte (1) komprimiert; in der Befestigung eines Überzuges (4; 8) hoher Steifigkeit oberhalb einer oberen Seite der komprimierten Rohlatexplatte (1), zum Beispiel durch Verkleben, so dass wenigstens die Breite oder die Länge der Rohlatexplatte (1) bei einem deutlich gleichen Wert wie dem der vorbestimmten Breite oder der Länge des eine Schablonen bildenden Rahmens (3) beibehalten wird, wenn letztere Rohlatexplatte aus dem eine Schablone (3) bildenden Rahmen herausgenommen wird, um eine genormte Matratzenbreite oder -länge zu erhalten.
  2. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es in der Befestigung des vorgenannten steifen Überzuges (4) direkt auf der oberen Seite der komprimierten Rohlatexplatte (1) besteht; im Umdrehen der Rohlatexplatte (1) in dem eine Schablone (3) bildenden Rahmen und in der Befestigung eines anderen (5) Überzuges hoher Steifigkeit direkt auf der Innenseite der Rohlatexplatte (1), zum Beispiel durch Verkleben, so dass die Breite und die Länge der Rohlatexplatte (1) bei deutlich gleichen Werten jeweils zu den vorbestimmten Breiten- und Längenwerten des eine Schablone (3) bildenden Rahmens zur Realisierung einer Matratze mit genormten Abmessungen beibehalten werden, wenn letztere Rohlatexplatte aus dem eine Schablone (3) bildenden Rahmen genommen wird.
  3. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder steife Überzug (4, 5) auf der ganzen der Rohlatexplatte (1) entsprechenden Fläche aufgeklebt wird.
  4. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder steife Überzug (4, 5) auf der Peripherie der der Rohlatexplatte (1) entsprechenden Oberfläche aufgeklebt wird.
  5. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es in der Einrahmung der Rohlatexplatte (1) durch längsverlaufende (6) und querverlaufende (7) Abschnitte besteht, von denen wenigstens beide längsverlaufende (6) Abschnitte aus einem steiferen Material als die Rohlatexplatte (1) bestehen; in der Befestigung, zum Beispiel durch Verkleben, der zwei längsverlaufenden (6) Abschnitte an den der Rohlatexplatte (1) entsprechenden Längsrändern und an den den querverlaufenden (7) Abschnitten entsprechenden Enden; in dem Einsetzen des derart gebildeten Ganzen in den eine Schablone (3) bildenden Rahmen; in der Befestigung des vorgenannten Überzugs (8) in Form eines querverlaufenden Bandes direkt auf zwei jeweils den beiden längsverlaufenden Abschnitten (6) entsprechenden Teilen der oberen Seiten; im Umdrehen des Ganzen im eine Schablone (3) bildenden Rahmen; und in der Befestigung, zum Beispiel durch Verkleben, eines anderen Überzugs hoher Steifigkeit in Form eines querverlaufenden Bandes direkt auf zwei jeweils den beiden querverlaufenden Abschnitten (7) entsprechenden Teilen der unteren Seiten, so dass die Breite und die Länge der Rohlatexplatte (1) bei deutlich gleichen Werten jeweils zu den vorbestimmten Breitenund Längenwerten des eine Schablone bildenden Rahmens (3) zur Realisierung einer Matratze genormter Abmessungen beibehalten wird, wenn diese letztere Rohlatexplatte aus dem eine Schablone (3) bildenden Rahmen herausgenommen wird.
  6. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die längsverlaufenden und querverlaufenden (6, 7) Abschnitte aus einem hochdichten Polyether-Schaumstoffmaterial sind.
  7. Verfahren gemäß einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die steifen Überzüge (4, 5, 8) aus einem nicht gewebten Material mit einer Grammatur zwischen 40 g/m2 und 100 g/m2 und einer Dehnung von unter oder gleich 2% sind.
  8. Bettmatratze mit einer inneren Latexplatte (1), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie wenigstens einen oberhalb einer Seite einer inneren komprimierten Latexplatte (1), zum Beispiel durch Verkleben, befestigten Überzug (4, 5; 8) hoher Steifigkeit umfasst, so dass wenigstens die Breite oder die Länge der Latexplatte (1) mit einem genormten Breiten- oder Längenwert der Matratze beibehalten wird.
  9. Matratze gemäß Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der vorgenannte steife Überzug (4) direkt auf der entsprechenden Seite der Latexplatte (1) befestigt wird und dass er einen anderen Überzug (5) hoher Steifigkeit beinhaltet, der direkt, zum Beispiel durch Verkleben, auf der der Latexplatte (1) gegenüberliegenden Seite derart befestigt wird, dass die Breite und die Länge der Latexplatte bei genormten Breiten- und Längenwerten der Matratze beibehalten werden.
  10. Matratze gemäß Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie längsverlaufende (6) und querverlaufende (7) Rahmenabschnitte der Latexplatte (1) beinhaltet und deren längsverlaufende (6) Abschnitte durch Verkleben an den entsprechenden Längsrändern der Latexplatte (1) und an den entsprechenden Enden der querverlaufenden (7) Abschnitte befestigt sind, wobei die längsverlaufenden Abschnitte eine höhere Steifigkeit als die des Latex haben, dass der vorgenannte steife Überzug (8) in Form eines durch Verkleben des querverlaufenden Bandes direkt auf zwei Teilen der entsprechenden oberen Seiten jeweils gegenüber den beiden längsverlaufenden (6) Abschnitten befestigt ist und dass er ebenfalls einen anderen Überzug in Form eines querverlaufenden Bandes (4, 5) beinhaltet, das durch Verkleben direkt auf den beiden Teilen der entsprechenden unteren Seiten jeweils gegenüber den beiden längsverlaufenden Abschnitten (6) derart befestigt ist, dass die Breite und die Länge der Latexplatte (1) bei genormten Breiten- und Längenwerten der Matratze beibehalten werden.
  11. Matratze gemäß Anspruch 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Überzüge (4; 5; 8) aus einem nicht gewebtem Material einer Grammatur zwischen 40 g/m2 und 100 g/m2 und einer Dehnung von unter oder gleich 2% sind.
  12. Matratze gemäß Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die längsverlaufenden (6) und querverlaufenden (7) Abschnitte aus hochdichtem Polyether-Schaumstoffmaterial sind.
