Abstract
Beim Wickeln oder Windungslegen von Stabstahl oder Draht, bei dem das Walzgut aus der Walzhitze in einem Korb gehaspelt oder mit Hilfe eines Windungslegers in Form von Windungen auf ein Fördermittel abgelegt und am Ende dieses Fördermittels über einen Dorn zu einem Bund gesammelt wird, dabei abkühlt und nach dem Wickeln oder Legen in Windungen weiter gekühlt wird, wobei sich das Walzgut aus der Austenitphase in die Ferrit- bzw. Perlitphase umwandelt, ergeben sich durch anlagenbedingte unterschiedliche Abkühlbedingungen, die sich nur durch einen entsprechend großen anlagenspezifischen Aufwand vermeiden lassen, Festigkeitsunterschiede durch unterschiedliche Gefügeausbildungen. Gemäß der Erfindung wird vorgeschlagen, bereits vor dem Wickeln oder Windungslegen die Kühlung aus der Walzhitze bis in den Umwandlungsbereich zu führen, der durch die Ar3- bzw.
