Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine thermische Schalteinrichtung 1, insbesondere einem bimetallgesteuerten Temperaturregler oder -begrenzer mit einer Sollwerteinstellvorrichtung 2, die ein am Sockel 3 der Schalteinrichtung 1 befestigtes, mit einer Lagerausnehmung 4 versehenes Führungsteil 5 aufweist, an dem eine Einstellkulissenführung 6a, 6b vorgesehen ist. In der Lagerausnehmung 4 ist eine verdrehbare Einstellwelle 7 angeordnet, die an ihrem freien Ende 8 eine Handhabe trägt und mit einem Abtastvorsprung 10 die Einstellkulissenführung 6 beaufschlagt sowie an ihrem anderen Ende auf Schaltelementteile (z.B. Sprungfeder 13, Bimetallelement 17, Bewegungskontakt 15) der Schalteinrichtung 1 einwirkt, wobei das Führungsteil 5 nach Art eines Blechstreifens ausgebildet ist. Die Einstellkulissenführungen 6a, 6b sind als Prägeabdruck in dem die Lagerausnehmung 4 aufnehmenden freien Ende 19 des Führungsteils 5 ausgebildet. The setting link guides 6a, 6b are formed as an embossed impression in the free end 19 of the guide part 5 receiving the bearing recess 4.
