Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a device for feeding Printed products, with a conveyor device, which the printed products on a front conveyor line as a stack and on a rear conveyor as a bar and between piles and promotes rod as a loosening zone, with a scanning device, which scans the position of the stack and the Controls the feed of the printed products.
A device of this type is in the prior art by Swiss patent no. 584 642 became known. This facility has in practice as a feeder Proven for an investor for collating machines.
In the known device, a tip probes the position of the stack and thus controls the feed of the printed products. The feed takes place via eccentrics or curves and must be designed to be very robust since that which is to be moved during the feed Paper can weigh 200-300 kg.
There has been a need for a higher one for some time now Loading speed, which is approximately 24,000 copies per Hour should surpass. At such speeds however, the mechanical load on thick printed products uncontrollable. Also arise from the different Compressibility of the paper in the bars and when removing an end plate differences in feed between stack and Bar feed. However, these differences can be partial by mechanical translation into slow or fast Intermediate stack and bar feed can be compensated. Becomes however, this translation does not exactly match the type of paper coordinated, problems arise which consist in the fact that the bar may sink or the pressure in the stack may be so strong increases that the function of the investor is no longer guaranteed is. The requirement also applies to such a facility asked that they use both for very thick products for example 96 and more pages as well as for extremely thin ones four-sided sheet should be usable.
The invention has for its object a device to create the type mentioned, with the very thin or very thick sheets with higher speeds and still functionally reliable can be processed.
The task is according to a generic institution Claim 1 solved.
Die erfindungsgemässe Einrichtung besitzt zudem die folgenden Vorteile:In the device according to the invention there is an intermittent one Stack feed with a continuously working bar feed combined. This makes it possible to change the feed rate between stack and bar feed in the barrel to correct. It is also essential that the loosening of the Stack in the loosening zone from the feed of the bar feeder is independent. With a device according to the invention can sheet up to 120 pages at speeds up to 30,000 Copies are processed per hour. The previously feared Broken handles can be largely avoided. The inventive Setup also has the following advantages:
There is no mechanical between the stack and the bar feed Exaggeration required. The bar feeder is quick and easy to implement. The drive can be easily integrate into the bar feeder, making complex Pre-investment, for example not necessary for an investor are. Because the bar feed to the loosening zone can be independent, the printed sheets can be loosened optimally will. The speed ratio between stack and Bar feed can be influenced during the run. Essential is also that sinking the arch or building a excessive stack pressure can be prevented. The stack feed can be very sensitive and also inexpensive with one Freewheel trained as basic equipment for a feeder will.
The stack can be a substantially vertical stack or also be a shingled stream. In the first case, the Device in particular for loading an investor, for example for a gathering machine. With the stack as Dandruff flow can for example in a so-called inlet Flat stacks or in a stacker bundle. It is also conceivable to load other devices with printed products.

The device shown schematically in Figures 1 and 2
has a
The
zueinander angeordneten Gliederketten 10a aufweist.
The
The
As can be seen from the above explanations, this can
Speed ratio between the
Schuppenstrom 4a bilden.Figures 3 and 4 show an alternative device for
Feeding printed products 1, in which the intermittent
advancing
The
