Claims (10)

  1. Système de réception destiné à sélectionner et recevoir un signal, ledit signal ayant été sélectionné parmi un ensemble de signaux, au moins une partie de l'ensemble des signaux ayant un contenu de signal respectif différent, ledit système comprenant :
    i) un récepteur (11) destiné à recevoir un signal sélectionné ;
    ii) un moyen de sélection actionnable par l'utilisateur (24) destiné à sélectionner, parmi l'ensemble de signaux, un signal qui doit être reçu ; et
    iii) un moyen de mise en correspondance (26A) destiné à la mise en correspondance entre le moyen de sélection et un signal sélectionné par celui-ci parmi l'ensemble ;

  4. Système selon la revendication 3, comprenant également un moyen d'enregistrement (26) enregistrant au moins trois ensembles de données, ceux-ci comprenant :
    i) des notations que l'utilisateur a données à un ensemble de signaux respectifs différents dudit ensemble en objet,
    ii) des notations que des personnes autres que l'utilisateur ont données au dit ensemble de signaux respectifs différents dudit ensemble en objet, et
    iii) des notations que lesdites personnes autres que l'utilisateur ont données au dit ensemble en objet,
    dans lequel le moyen de réglage de la mise en correspondance (26B) comprend un analyseur de meilleur ajustement destiné à tirer des ensembles de données i) et ii), pour chacune desdites personnes respectives autres que l'utilisateur, une relation entre les notations données par l'utilisateur et les notations données par ladite autre personne au dit ensemble de signaux respectifs différents de l'ensemble en objet,
    et dans lequel le moyen de réglage de la mise en correspondance comprend également un moyen de traitement des données, qui peut être exploité, pendant l'utilisation, pour traiter l'ensemble de données iii) selon les relations afin d'obtenir, pour les notations respectives dans l'ensemble de données iii), une notation équivalente pour l'utilisateur, et pour traiter ces notations équivalentes afin d'obtenir les notations relatives estimées pour l'utilisateur.
  5. Système selon la revendication 4, dans lequel le moyen de réglage de la mise en correspondance (26B) comprend également un moyen de sélection comprenant un corrélateur, destiné à sélectionner ledit ensemble de signaux respectifs différents dudit ensemble en objet, de telle sorte que la sélection soit fondée sur le degré de corrélation entre les notations des ensembles de données i) et ii) pour l'ensemble sélectionné de signaux respectifs différent de l'ensemble en objet.
  6. Système selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 ou 5, dans lequel le moyen de traitement des données (15) destiné à traiter l'ensemble de données iii) est agencé, pendant le fonctionnement, pour obtenir les notations relatives estimées pour l'utilisateur à partir des notations équivalentes obtenues en traitant l'ensemble de données iii) en calculant, pour les autres personnes respectives dont la notation dans l'ensemble de données iii) a donné lieu à une notation équivalente, la corrélation entre les notations pour cette personne dans l'ensemble de données ii) et les notations pour l'utilisateur dans l'ensemble de données i), tirant des notations équivalentes et des corrélations calculées une équation de meilleur ajustement pour convertir ces corrélations en notations équivalentes, et calculer la notation estimée pour l'utilisateur à partir de ladite équation de meilleur ajustement comme la notation équivalente correspondant à une corrélation de + 1.
  7. Système selon l'une quelconque des revendications qui précèdent, dans lequel les signaux comprennent des informations pour l'affichage.
  8. Système selon l'une quelconque des revendications qui précèdent, dans lequel les signaux comprennent des signaux de télévision.
  9. Système selon l'une quelconque des revendications qui précèdent, dans lequel les signaux comprennent des signaux vidéo.
  10. Système selon l'une quelconque des revendications qui précèdent, dans lequel les signaux comprennent des signaux audio.
