Abstract

Das Lüfterrad, insbesondere für Drehstromgeneratoren von Brennkraftmaschinen, besteht aus einer gegossenen Scheibe, auf der sich eine größere Anzahl rückwärts gekrümmter Lüfterschaufeln (16) befinden. Diese verlaufen, ausgehend von einem sich an eine Nabe (12) anschließenden kreisförmigen Bereich (14) nahezu parallel zueinander und rückwärts gekrümmt bis zum Außendurchmesser der Scheibe. Dadurch ergeben sich gleiche Strömungsquerschnitte zwischen den Lüfterschaufeln von innen nach außen, wodurch Wirbelbildung verhindert wird, was zu einer wesentlichen Geräuschminderung führt.
