Claims (9)
- Procédé d'assemblage sous vide de deux éléments espacés (1, 4, 30) au moyen d'un joint de scellement périphérique, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend les étapes suivantes :rapporter un joint (20, 20') de scellement sur une surface d'un premier élément (4) en regard d'une surface à assembler d'un deuxième élément (1, 30) ;porter l'ensemble ainsi constitué, sous vide, à une température permettant la fusion du joint (20, 20') tout en maintenant temporairement, au moyen d'entretoises (22, 22', 44) présentant une épaisseur supérieure à l'épaisseur du joint et réparties à l'extérieur du joint, la surface du deuxième élément (1, 30) à distance du joint ; etautoriser un rapprochement des éléments (1, 4, 30) entre eux pour les assembler, de manière étanche, au moyen du joint (20, 20') en fusion.
- Procédé d'assemblage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le matériau constitutif des entretoises de maintien temporaire (22, 22', 44) présente une température de fusion sensiblement supérieure à la température de fusion du joint de scellement (20, 20').
- Procédé d'assemblage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le matériau constitutif des entretoises temporaires (22, 22', 44) présente un coefficient de dilatation thermique voisin de celui du matériau constitutif du joint de scellement (20, 20').
- Procédé d'assemblage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que lesdits éléments à assembler sont constitués de deux plaques parallèles (1, 4) constituant respectivement le fond et la surface d'un écran plat de visualisation, un espace interne (6) étant ménagé entre les deux plaques (1, 4) au moyen d'espaceurs (7) rapportés, à demeure, sur une desdites plaques (1, 4) avant assemblage.
- Procédé d'assemblage selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend les étapes suivantes :placer une première plaque (4) sur une première platine (41) de taille sensiblement supérieure ;suspendre une deuxième plaque (1) à une deuxième platine (42) similaire à la première platine (41) ;amener la deuxième plaque (1) en regard de la première plaque (4), lesdites platines (41, 42) étant écartées l'une de l'autre au moyen d'entretoises temporaires (44) disposées, chacune, entre deux plaquettes (45) dont des faces externes portent respectivement sur les première (41) et deuxième (42) platines ;porter l'ensemble ainsi constitué à une température permettant la fusion du joint de scellement (20) pendant une durée suffisante pour permettre le dégazage du matériau constitutif du joint (20) ; etaugmenter la température, au moins localement au niveau des entretoises temporaires (44), jusqu'à permettre leur fusion pour provoquer, sous l'action de moyens de pression mécanique, un rapprochement des platines (41, 42) l'une vers l'autre et un scellement des plaques (1, 4) l'une contre l'autre.
- Procédé d'assemblage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le premier élément est constitué d'une plaque (1, 4) d'un écran plat de visualisation, le deuxième élément étant constitué d'une enceinte (30) propre à définir, avec ladite plaque (1, 4), un espace (31) de réception d'un élément (32) de piégeage d'impuretés communiquant avec l'intérieur de l'écran.
- Dispositif d'assemblage de deux plaques parallèles (1, 4) constituant respectivement le fond et la surface d'un écran plat de visualisation, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte :une première platine (41) de réception d'une première plaque (4) ;une deuxième platine (42) propre à recevoir par suspension (43) une deuxième plaque (1) ;des moyens d'écartement temporaire (44, 45) propres à maintenir les platines (41, 42) écartées l'une de l'autre d'une distance suffisante pour maintenir les plaques (1, 4) à l'écart l'une de l'autre avec un écart supérieur à l'épaisseur d'un joint périphérique (20) de scellement des plaques (1, 4) entre elles ; etun moyen de pression mécanique des platines (41, 42) l'une vers l'autre.
- Dispositif d'assemblage selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que chaque moyen d'écartement temporaire est constitué de deux plaquettes (45), portant chacune contre la face interne d'une platine (41, 42) et séparées l'une de l'autre par une entretoise (44) fusible.
- Dispositif d'assemblage selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte en outre des moyens (46) de chauffage localisés des entretoises fusibles (44).
