Claims (4)

  1. Un emballage pour boisson comprenant une bouteille (20) à partie supérieure ouverte comprenant une chambre principale (21) contenant la boisson dans laquelle du gaz est en solution, un capuchon (10) scellant de façon étanche ladite partie supérieure ouverte et susceptible d'être enlevé pour servir la boisson, un espace de tête (32) étant prévu dans la bouteille (20) au-dessus de la boisson (21) contenant du gaz à une pression supérieure à la pression atmosphérique ; un insert creux (11) porté par le capuchon (10) et comportant une chambre secondaire (14), cette chambre secondaire (14) contenant au moins du gaz à une pression supérieure à la pression atmosphérique et l'insert (11) ayant une ouverture (15) de dimension restreinte et disposée en dessous de la surface de la boisson (21), et à travers laquelle, à l'ouverture de la chambre principale (32) à l'atmosphère et en réponse à un différentiel de pression entre cette chambre principale et la chambre secondaire, le gaz et/ou la boisson contenu(s) dans la chambre secondaire (14) est dirigé vers la boisson (21) contenue dans la chambre principale pour former ou aider à la formation de mousse sur ladite boisson, et dans lequel le capuchon (10) comporte un moyen de scellement (140) qui lui est fixé et forme un joint entre le capuchon et la bouteille, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de scellement (140) est moulé de façon à présenter une partie sur laquelle l'insert creux est mécaniquement engagé pour être porté par le capuchon.
  2. Un emballage tel que revendiqué dans la revendication 1, dans lequel l'insert (11) est monté de façon flexible par rapport au capuchon.
  3. Un emballage tel que revendiqué dans la revendication 2, dans lequel le montage flexible précité est assuré par l'élasticité dudit moyen de scellement (140) sur lequel l'insert est engagé.
  4. Un emballage tel que revendiqué dans l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel le moyen de scellement (140) est moulé de façon à ce qu'il comporte une partie formant douille et une partie formant broche (160') et dans lequel l'insert creux présente les éléments complémentaires correspondants et dans lequel ledit engagement mécanique est obtenu par l'accouplement de la douille (145) et de la broche (160') entre les parties respectives du moyen de scellement et de l'insert.
