- the base 21 has on its upper face 21a and around the lower notch 24 of the bosses 26 for holding the fixed core 61 in the notch 24 which serve to establish an intimate magnetic conduction contact between the nucleus fixed 60 and the cylinder head 20 for good circulation of the magnetic flux.

Abstract
Description
- la carcasse de bobine, la bobine, le noyau fixe et le noyau mobile constituent un sous-ensemble électromagnétique préassemblé destiné à être introduit dans la culasse magnétique,
- le noyau fixe présente une extrémité inférieure en saillie hors de la carcasse et pourvue d'une rainure,
- et la culasse comprend parallèlement à un même plan perpendiculaire à un axe longitudinal de la carcasse un socle et une portion supérieure pourvus respectivement d'une encoche inférieure et d'une encoche supérieure qui reçoivent par glissement transversal respectivement la rainure du noyau fixe et l'extrémité supérieure du noyau mobile.
- la figure 1 est une vue en coupe d'un déclencheur électromagnétique selon l'invention dans la position de repos du noyau mobile;
- la figure 2 illustre la figure 1 dans la position attirée du noyau mobile;
- la figure 3 est une vue en perspective éclatée du sous-ensemble électromagnétique du déclencheur;
- la figure 4 est une vue en perspective du sous-ensemble magnétique et de la culasse magnétique du déclencheur.
Claims (7)
- Déclencheur électromagnétique, pour appareil électrique interrupteur de protection contre les courts-circuits, comprenant une culasse magnétique (20), une carcasse de bobine amagnétique (40) tubulaire d'axe X-X', ouverte à ses deux extrémités (42, 43), une bobine de commande (50) enroulée autour de la carcasse (40), un noyau fixe (60) et un noyau mobile (70) qui sont logés dans les extrémités respectives (42, 43) de la carcasse (40), le noyau mobile (70) présentant une extrémité supérieure (72) en saillie hors de la carcasse (40), caractérisé en ce quela carcasse (40), la bobine (50), le noyau fixe (60) et le noyau mobile (70) constituent un sous-ensemble électromagnétique (10) préassemblé destiné à être introduit dans la culasse magnétique (20),le noyau fixe (60) présente une extrémité inférieure (61) en saillie hors de la carcasse (40) pourvue d'une rainure (62),et la culasse (20) comprend parallèlement à un plan (QQ') perpendiculaire à l'axe (X-X') un socle (21) et une portion supérieure (22) pourvus respectivement d'une encoche inférieure (24) et d'une encoche supérieure (25) qui reçoivent par glissement transversal respectivement la rainure (62) du noyau fixe (60) et l'extrémité supérieure (72) du noyau mobile (70).
- Déclencheur électromagnétique selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les encoches (24, 25) sont rectilignes et dirigées selon des axes contenus dans un même plan perpendiculaire au plan (QQ'), et sont en regard l'une de l'autre.
- Déclencheur électromagnétique selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la culasse magnétique (20) forme une cage à contour fermé comprenant deux branches latérales (23, 23a) qui relient le socle (21) et la portion supérieure (22).
- Déclencheur électromagnétique selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le noyau mobile (70) est constitué d'un plongeur magnétique (71) et, à son extrémité supérieure (72), d'une tige de commande (73) de section plus étroite que le plongeur (71) de manière à former un épaulement intermédiaire (74) qui est destiné à venir en butée contre la face inférieure (22a) de la portion supérieure (22) de la culasse (20) dans la position de repos du noyau mobile (70).
- Déclencheur électromagnétique selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que l'épaulement (74) réalise dans un plan formé par la portion supérieure (22) un entrefer radial (e) entre la tige de commande (73) et la culasse (20).
- Déclencheur électromagnétique la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un ressort de rappel (80) qui est fixé à la tige de commande (73) et repose par son extrémité inférieure (81) sur la face supérieure (22b) de la portion supérieure (22).
- Déclencheur électromagnétique selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le socle (21) comprend sur sa face supérieure (21a) et autour de l'encoche inférieure (24) des bossages (26) de maintien du noyau fixe (60) dans l'encoche (24).
