Claims (7)

  1. Formulair à deux sections séparables, une section mére et une section talon à enveloppe, ladite section talon étant destinée à porter des renseignements confidentials, dans lequel ladite section mére est réalisée en une seul partie et est réliée à la section talon par une ligne de coup transversale, tandis que la section talon consiste des portions multiples, pliable le long des lignes de pliage, respectivement, ladite section talon ayant des bandes adhésives marginales, placées de façon à laisser une aire centrale sans substance adhésive et à maintenir lesdites portions multiple en condition fermée et collée le long d'un premier et deuxième côté longitudinal, ainsi que ayant deux lignes de coup longitudinales pour séparer l'aire centrale des bandes adhésives marginales, afin de permettre l'ouverture de ladite section talon et le dépliage desdites portions de la même.
  2. Formulair à deux sections séparables, une section mére et une section talon à enveloppe, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite section talon comprende deux portions pliable l'une sur l'autre.
  3. Formulair à deux sections séparables, une section mére et une section talon à enveloppe, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite section talon comprende trois portions pliable l'une sur l'autre.
  4. Formulair à deux sections séparables, une section mére et une section talon à enveloppe, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdites sections mére et talon comprendent un nombre de série commun, qui identifie une transaction commerciale, ainsi que toutes les informations que la concernent.
  5. Formulair à deux sections séparables, une section mére et une section talon à enveloppe, selon l'une quelconque des revendications précedentes, caractérisé en ce que une des portions de ladite section talon est faite comme une carte séparable, telle comme une carte de crédit et à cette fin une ou plussieures desdites lignes de pliage est/sont réalisée (s) comme des lignes de coup.
  6. Formulair à deux sections séparables, une section mére et une section talon à enveloppe, selon l'une quelconque des revendication précentes, caractérisé en ce que une bande adhésive supplémentaire est prévue à proximité de ladite ligne de coup destinée à la séparation de ladite section talon de ladite section mére, afin de former aussi la troisième coté de la section talon à enveloppe.
  7. Formulair à deux sections séparables, une section mére et une section talon à enveloppe, selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que une ligne de coup supplémentaire est prévue à proximité de ladite bande adhésive supplémentaire.
