Abstract

Es wird ein Verfahren zur Verteilung einer Faserstoffsuspension im Stoffauflauf einer Papiermaschine angegeben, bei dem die Faserstoffsuspension aus einem Verteiler (11) über eine Führungseinrichtung (12) in eine Düse (14) geführt wird, aus der sie über einen Spalt (19) austritt. Der Faserstoffsuspension können auf mindestens zwei unterschiedlichen Niveaus in z-Richtung unterschiedliche Zuschlagstoffe zudosiert werden, wobei vorzugsweise auch in den Randbereichen eine Faserstoffsuspension mit höherem Mahlgrad als in der Blattmitte zugeführt wird. Durch die Möglichkeit zur Zuführung von Zuschlagstoffen unterschiedlicher Eigenschaften, Konzentrationen oder Zusammensetzungen auf unterschiedlichen Niveaus in z-Richtung lassen sich hochgefilterte Papiere mit hohen Anforderungen an die Bedruckbarkeit gezielt in den Randbereichen beeinflussen. Durch eine Möglichkeit der Zuführung der Zuschlagstoffe über verschiedene Austrittsöffnungen, die zu Sektionen über die Maschinenbreite zusammengefaßt sind und mit einzelnen Leitungen direkt versorgt werden, wird ferner eine gleichmäßigere Zuführung der Zuschlagstoffe gewährleistet.

The invention relates to a method for distributing a fiber suspension in the headbox of a paper machine, in which the fiber suspension is guided from a distributor (11) via a guide device (12) into a nozzle (14), from which it emerges via a gap (19). Different additives can be added to the fibrous suspension at at least two different levels in the z-direction, a fibrous suspension with a higher freeness than in the middle of the sheet preferably also being supplied in the edge regions. The ability to add aggregates of different properties, concentrations or compositions at different levels in the z-direction enables highly filtered papers with high printability requirements to be influenced in a targeted manner in the marginal areas. A possibility of feeding the aggregates through various outlet openings, which are combined into sections across the machine width and supplied directly with individual lines, also ensures a more uniform feed of the aggregates.
