Claims (8)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen von metallischen Platten, beispielsweise von Stahlblechen, die lokale Dickenvariationen aufweisen und einem Umformvorgang unterworfen werden, umfassend:bevor eine der Platten (1) dem Umformvorgang unterworfen wird, eine Befestigung mindestens einer Verstärkung (2) auf mindestens einem Teil mindestens einer der Flächen der Platte mittels eines Klebemittels, unddie Umformung der Platte und mindestens einer befestigten Verstärkung, wobei die Platte und die mindestens eine an derselben angeordnete Verstärkung nach der Umformung ein starr verbundenes Ganzes bilden,
dadurch, daß das Verfahren ferner, nach der Umformung, eine Polymerisation des polymerisierbaren Klebemittels umfaßt, welches eine Schicht bildet, die sich mit der mindestens einen Fläche der Platte und mit der mindestens einen Verstärkung, welche an derselben angeordnet ist, derart fest verbindet, daß das starr verbundene Ganze erzeugt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Klebemittel durch Wärme polymerisierbar ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Klebemittel, im nicht polymerisierten Zustand, Flexibilitätseigenschaften aufweist, die es ihm erlauben, einem Fließen der Platte mit der mindestens einen Verstärkung während der Umformung zu folgen.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Klebemittel (3) verwendet wird, das die Form eines flexiblen Bandes mit doppelter Klebefläche aufweist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Klebemittel auf der Basis eines Acrylharzes und/oder eines Epoxyharzes verwendet wird, insbesondere des Typs "3M Structural Binding Tape 9245", das von der Gesellschaft Minnesota Mining and Manufacturing Company (3M) vertrieben wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß, nach der Umformung und im Anschluß an eine eventuelle Durchführung einer Lackierungsbehandlung der umgeformten, mit der mindestens einen Verstärkung versehenen Platte, es ein Brennen derselben umfaßt, welches es erlaubt, das Klebemittel zu polymerisieren.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß, nachdem die Verstärkung (2) an der metallischen Platte (1) mittels des vorstehend genannten Klebemittels (3) befestigt worden ist, mechanische Befestigungsmittel und/oder Schweißverbindungen (6) zwischen der Platte (1) und der Verstärkung (2) vorgesehen werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Umformvorgang ein Tiefziehen ist.
