Claims (3)

  1. Ein gegen Zerstörung durch Kompression resistenter Garantie-Flaschenverschluss zum Aufsetzen auf einer Flasche mit einem Rüchhalteflansch (130), die Verschlusskappe enthaltend
    eine Schürze (14) mit einem unteren Rand,
    ein Garantieband (24), welches einstückig mit der Schürze geformt ist und welches Mittel (28) aufweist, welche unter den Rückhalteflansch (130) in Eingriff bringbar sind, um nachfolgendes Entfernen des Garantiebandes (24) zu vermeiden, und
    brechbare Mittel (26) zum verbinden des Garantiebandes (24) mit dem unteren Ende der Schürze,
    wobei die Verschlusskappe Mittel (32, 36, 38, 40) zum vermeiden von übermässiger Durchmesserausdehnung des Garantiebandes (24) aufweist, wenn die Verschlusskappe auf die Flasche aufgesetzt wird und wobei die brechbaren Mittel aus einer Reihe von Brücken bestehen, welche in Umfangsrichtung in Intervallen zwischen der Schürze und dem Band geformt sind,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zum Vermeiden der Durchmesserausdehnung aus einer Serie von Zungen (32) bestehen, welche sich nach unten vom unteren Rand der Schürze über das Garantieband (24) erstrecken, wobei Fenster zwischen den Zungen (32) über den Brücken (26) derart zentriert sind, dass die Brücken zwischen den Zungen (32) sichtbar sind, wobei die Zungen zum Erzeugen einer Zurückhaltewirkung des Garantiebandes (24) an die äussere Oberfläche des Garantiebandes (24) angrenzen, um die strukturelle Unversehrtheit der brechbaren Mittel (26) zu schützen.
  2. Garantie-Flaschenverschluss nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die brechbaren Mittel aus einer Reihe von Brücken bestehen, die in Umfangsrichtung in Intervallen zwischen der Schürze und dem Band geformt sind.
  3. Garantie-Flaschenverschluss nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zum Vermeiden der Ausdehnung aus einer Serie von Zungen bestehen, welche sich nach unten vom unteren Rand der Schürze über das Garantieband erstrecken, wobei Fenster zwischen den Zungen über den Brücken derart zentriert sind, dass die Brücken zwischen den Zungen sichtbar sind.
