Claims (10)

  1. Verfahren um ausgedehntes, Papierhonigwabekernmaterial feuchtigkeitsbeständig oder wasserfest zu machen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Honigwabekernmaterial nach dem Ausdehnen mit einer Beschichtung versehen wird.
  2. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Beschichtung als ein Pulver von Polymermaterial angeordnet wird.
  3. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Pulver angeordnet wird durch das Papierhonigwabekernmaterial und das Pulver eine entgegengesetzte elektrische Ladung zu geben.
  4. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Papierhonigwabekernmaterial vor dem Anordnen des Pulvers mit Wasser befeuchtet wird.
  5. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Befeuchten durch das Besprühen mit Wasser stattfindet, wobei vorzugsweise eine derartige Menge Wasser benutzt wird, daß einen Feuchtigkeitsgehalt gleich an 15 - 30 Gewichtsprozentsatz vom Honigwabepapier erzielt wird.
  6. Verfahren gemäß einem der Ansprüche 2 bis einschließlich 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß einen thermoaushärtbaren Polyester oder ein Epoxid für das Polymerpulver benutzt wird.
  7. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Honigwabekernmaterial nach dem Anordnen des thermoaushärtbaren Pulvers erhitzt wird, um das Pulver zu einer festen und dichten Beschichtung zerfließen zu lassen und um das beschichtete Honigwabekernmaterial in ausgedehnter Lage zu stabilisieren.
  8. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Erhitzen mit Hilfe heisser Luft ausgeführt wird.
  9. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Erhitzen mit Infrarotstrahlung ausgeführt wird.
  10. Papierhonigwabekernmaterial mit einer Beschichtung versehen, mit dem Verfahren gemäß einem der vorabgehenden Ansprüche erzielt.
