Claims (7)
- Verfahren zur automatischen Detektierung von Bränden, insbesondere von Waldbränden, das auf der Erkennung von Rauch beruht, ausgehend von mindestens einer Videokamera (4), welches darin besteht, eine Verarbeitung von Stand-Bildern vorzunehmen, die durch eine oder mehrere Kameras (4) im sichtbaren Spektrum erhalten werden, um einen eventuellen Rauchherd zu detektieren und zu lokalisieren, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Detektierung eines derartigen Herdes umfasst:in einem ersten Schritt in den Bildern mindestens eine kleine Pixelzone zu suchen, die zeitliche Änderungen der Graupegel (G), insbesondere bei niedriger Frequenz, zeigt,dann die oder jede in dieser Weise erkannte Zone durch Messen des Grades der zeitlichen Dekorrelation der Pixel zu analysieren, die zu eben dieser Zone gehören.
- Verfahren zur Detektierung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass für die Suche nach der oder jeder kleinen vorgenannten Zone Pixel ausgewählt werden, die, was die zeitlichen Änderungen ihrer Graupegel (G) betrifft, Frequenzen zwischen 0,3 und 0,1 Hz aufweisen.
- Verfahren zur Detektierung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es den Suchvorgang in den Bildern nach einer kleinen Pixelzone, die besonders chaotische Änderungen von Graupegeln (G) zeigt, durch Mittel für die Messung des räumlichzeitlichen Chaos-Index der verschiedenen Pixelzonen in dem Bild umfasst.
- Verfahren zur Detektierung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es auch noch ein Messgerät für das räumlich-zeitliche Rauschen umfasst.
- Verfahren zur Detektierung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es durch mindestens eine örtliche Detektionsvorrichtung (2) in Gang gesetzt wird, die an einer zu überwachenden Strecke (1) oder an deren Peripherie eingesetzt ist und mindestens eine feststehende Videokamera (4) umfasst, die mit einer autonomen Verarbeitungseinheit (5) verbunden ist, die das Bild der Kamera (4) analysiert.
- Verfahren zur Detektierung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine oder mehrere Detektionsvorrichtungen (2) mit einer zentralen Einheit (10) verbunden sind, die sich in einer gewissen Entfernung befindet und als Überwachungs- und Leitstelle dient und die insbesondere mit Darstellungsmitteln (12, 13) für Bedienpersonal ausgestattet ist.
- Verfahren zur Detektierung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Überwachungs- und Leitstelle (10) vorgesehen ist, um eine Sequenz von Bildern von dem Landschaftsteil, der sich im Umkreis eines detektierten Herdes befindet, zu zeigen, wobei diese Sequenz mit starkem Zeitraffertempo (18), verglichen mit ihrer tatsächlichen Aufnahmezeit (17), dargestellt wird.
