Claims (10)

  1. Rufempfängersystem mit einer Chipkarte und einem Rufempfänger, wobei der Rufempfänger (1) einen Nachrichtenempfangsschaltkreis, einen Ausgabeschaltkreis (10, 13) für die empfangenen Nachrichten, einen Schaltkreis (9) zum Genehmigen der Ausgabe der empfangenen Nachrichten und eine Schnittstelle (22) für die elektrische Verbindung mit der Chipkarte (21) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Chipkarte (21) einen Schaltkreis (26, 27, 28) mit einem Mikroprozessor (28) aufweist, wobei der Mikroprozessor (28) den Schaltkreis (9) zum Genehmigen der Ausgabe der empfangenen Nachrichten über den Ausgabeschaltkreis (10, 13) für die empfangenen Nachrichten unterstützt.
  2. Rufempfängersystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schaltkreis zum Genehmigen der Ausgabe der empfangenen Nachrichten einen ersten Speicher (26), der vorab bezahlte Einheiten enthält, und einen Mikroprozessor zum Subtrahieren der vorab bezahlten Einheiten aufweist, wobei der Schaltkreis die Ausgabe der empfangenen Nachrichten nur nach dem Subtrahieren einer vorbestimmten Anzahl von vorab bezahlten Einheiten genehmigt.
  3. Rufempfängersystem nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schaltkreis zum Genehmigen der Ausgabe der empfangenen Nachrichten außerdem einen zweiten Speicher (27) umfaßt, der Parameter enthält, die die Überprüfung der Echtheit des Adressaten der empfangenen Nachrichten erlaubt.
  4. Rufempfängersystem nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweite Speicher (27) die persönliche Identifikationsnummer (PIN) des Adressaten empfangenen Nachrichten enthält.
  5. Rufempfängersystem nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweite Speicher (27) die Seriennummern (46) und Adressen (47) enthält, die die verschiedenen Adressaten der Nachrichten identifizieren.
  6. Rufempfängersystem nach Anspruch 3, 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweite Speicher (27) einen Schlüssel (44) zur Dechiffrierung der empfangenen Nachrichten enthält und daß der Mikroprozessor (28) die Dechiffrierung der empfangenen Nachrichten durchführt.
  7. Rufempfängersystem nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweite Speicher (27) ein die Gültigkeit begrenzendes Datum (32) enthält.
  8. Rufempfängersystem nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Chipkarte, die den Schaltkreis zum Genehmigen der Ausgabe der empfangenen Nachrichten umfaßt, in die Schnittstelle (22, 29) für die elektrische Verbindung so eingesetzt ist, daß die Ausgabe der empfangenen Nachrichten nur vorbehaltlich des Einsatzes der Chipkarte in die Schnittstelle für die elektrische Verbindung genehmigt wird.
  9. Rufempfängersystem nach Anspruch 8, bei dem der Rufempfänger eine Flüssigkristallanzeige aufweist, um die in Text übersetzten Nachrichten anzuzeigen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Chipkarte den Rufempfänger nur arbeiten läßt, wenn das Guthaben der vorab bezahlten Einheiten genügt, um die empfangene Nachricht anzuzeigen.
  10. Rufempfängersystem nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Chipkarte die Dechiffrierung jeder empfangenen Nachricht mittels einem Schlüssel durchführt, der die Nachricht in einen Text einer bekannten Sprache übersetzt.
