Abstract

Description

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Sicherheitsvorrichtung für Positionsschalter gemäß Anspruch 1.The present invention relates to a safety device for position switches according to claim 1.

Es sind bereits derartige Vorrichtungen bekannt. Die DE 43 03 367 C1 beschreibt einen Sicherheitsschalter bestehend aus einem Freigabemechanismus und einem diesen Mechanismus entriegelnden Betätigungsorgan. Dabei besteht der Freigabemechanismus im wesentlichen aus einer in einem Gehäuse gelagerten Walze, die ihrerseits wiederum aus einzelnen, drehbar auf einer Welle gelagerten Scheiben mit radial offenen, steuerkurvenartigen Ausnehmungen besteht. Das Betätigungsorgan ist im wesentlichen schlüsselartig ausgebildet und weist in Anpassung an die Ausnehmungen des Freigabemechanismus einzelne Betätigungsabschnitte auf so daß durch Einführen des Betätigungsorgans in den Freigabemechanismus dieser entsprechend entsperrbar ist und somit über die Walze ein elektrischer Schaltvorgang ausgelöst wird.
Es sind noch weitere mechanisch-codierte Sicherheitsschalter bekannt. Auch in der DE 42 38 016 C2 wird eine derartige Lösung offenbart. Hierbei wird ein schlüsselartiges Betätigungselement in eine Gehäuseöffnung der Freigabeeinrichtung eingeführt, wodurch dann ein Schlitten innerhalb der Freigabeeinrichtung nach Entriegelung durch das codierte Betätigungselement in Einführrichtung bewegbar ist und in eingeführter Position des Betätigungselementes ein Schaltstößel des Schaltgerätes das Betätigungselement entgegen der Einführrichtung verriegelt und ebenfalls ein elektrischer Schaltvorgang ausgelöst wird.
Diese bekannten Lösungen haben alle gemein, daß die erzielte Sicherheit gegen unbefugtes Schalten lediglich durch mehr oder minder einfache mechanische Codierung der Betätigungsorgane und der zugehörigen Freigabeeinrichtungen erreicht wird. Die somit erzielte Sicherheit ist jedoch in vielen Fällen unzureichend, da derartige mechanisch codierte Betätigungsorgane im Fachhandel erhältlich oder auch einfach nachzufertigen sind. In der Praxis hat sich gezeigt, daß derartige, durch mechanische Codierung realisierte Sicherheitseinrichtungen relativ einfach zu überlisten sind. Genau das birgt jedoch ein hohes Gefahrenpotential, da Sicherheitsvorrichtungen, wie Schutztüren, Abschirmgitter und -hauben, die mit Hilfe derartiger Sicherheitsschalter abgesichert worden sind, umgangen werden können.
Weiterhin ist aus der Produktinformation der Firma TEXAS INSTRUMENTS 'REGISTRATIONS- UND IDENTIFIKATIONSSYSTEME' von 1991 das System 'TIRIS' zur Erfassung, Steuerung und Überwachung von verschiedenen Objekten und Prozessen bekannt. Hierbei handelt es sich um ein System, das i.w. aus einem Transponder und einem Lesegerät besteht und unter Verwendung von Hochfrequenztechniken arbeitet. Das zentrale Bauteil des Systems ist ein kleiner, batterieloser Transponder. Jeder Transponder besitzt einen individuellen unveränderlichen Identifikationscode, der werksseitig vorprogrammiert ist. Die Daten des Transponders werden über ein Lesegerät erfaßt, wobei dieses HF-Impuse ausstrahlt, mit denen derjeweilige Transponder erreicht und aktiviert wird. Der Transponder reagiert auf das ausgesendete Signal des Lesegerätes und sendet seinen individuellen Code zurück. Die ausgelesenen Daten des Transponders werden über eine entsprechende Schnittstelle an eine Logik übertragen und stehen nun zur weiteren Verarbeitung zur Verfügung. Bevorzugte Anwendungsgebiete sind aus den Bereichen der Müllentsorgung, der Fahrzeugidentifikation zur Überwachung der Krafstoffabgabe, der Abrechnung an Mautstationen, sowie aus der Steuerung des Arbeitsflusses in der Produktion bekannt.
Desweiteren ist aus dem deutschen Gebrauchsmuster 92 03 153 ein intelligenter Schutzschalter für elektrische Geräte wie Computer bekannt. Mit diesem Schutzschalter soll einerseits eine zugriffsberechtigte Inbetriebnahme eines Computers und andererseits die intelligente Zugriffskontrolle für Anwendungen bestimmter Software in einem Schritt ermöglicht werden. Hierbei finden ein spezifisch geformtes Speichersteckmodul und eine in den Abmessungen daran angepasste Buchse mit integriertem Lesegerät ihre Anwendung. Das Speichersteckmodul weist zum Zwecke einer mechanischen Kodierung eine spezifische Form und zum Zwecke einer zusätzlichen elektronischen Kodierung ein auslesbares EEPROM auf. Mit einem derartigen Gegenstand wird dem PC-Anwender die Inbetriebnahme seines PC's erleichtert. Einerseits muß der Anwender sich keine umständlichen Paßwörter mehr merken und zum anderen entfällt die lästige Eingabe der Paßwöter von Hand.
Ein derartiger intelligenter Schutzschalter ist für Sicherheitspositionsschalter gemäß dem Gegenstand der Erfindung aber nicht geeignet, da einerseits hier eine zweistufige Freischaltung -bei der durch zwei verschiedenartige Dekodierungen zwei getrennte Schaltvorgänge ausgelöst werden- unerwünscht ist und andererseits kontaktbehaftete Systeme wie dieser intelligente Sicherheitsschalter oder Chipkartensysteme einem erhöhten Verschleiß unterliegen und somit keine ausreichende betriebssicherheit für Geräte bei denen die Sicherheit von Menschen primäres Ziel sein muß gewährleistet ist.

Erfindungsgemäß wird diese Aufgabe durch die kennzeichnenden Merkmale des Anspruchs 1 gelöst. Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen, die elektronische Codierung des Betätigungselementes beim erstmaligen betriebsmäßigen Zusammenführen von Betätigungselement und Freigabeelement durchzuführen. Somit wird bei der Herstellung der Betätigungselemente vorzugsweise lediglich ein einziger Rohling gefertigt, der dann später bei der Inbetriebnahme der Sicherheitsvorrichtung unverwechselbar programmiert wird. Mit Vorteil ist es somit möglich, sowohl bei der Fertigung bzw. der Lieferung dieser Teile, als auch bei der Weiterverarbeitung der Teile beim Kunden, die beiden einzelnen Elemente getrennt voneinander und unsortiert aufzubewahren. Ferner ist von Vorteil, daß das Betätigungselement und das Freigabeelement bis zur Inbetriebnahme der Sicherheitsvorrichtung in beliebiger Kombination zusammenstellbar sind.According to the invention, this object is achieved by the characterizing features of claim 1. Erfindungsgemäß ist eine Freigabe des elektrischen Schaltvorganges nur dann möglich, wenn sowohl die mechanische, als auch die elektronische Dekodierung übereinstimmen und erfolgt sind.
In der Fig. 2 ist die erfindungsgemäße Sicherheitsvorrichtung im unbetätigten Zustand in einer Schnittdarstellung gezeigt.
Die Fig. 3 zeigt die Sicherheitsvorrichtung gemäß Fig. 2 im betätigten Zustand.
Vorzugsweise sind die beiden Codierungsmechanismen - mechanisch und elektronisch - in logischer Weise UND-verknüpft. Diese UND-Verknüpfung kann aufverschiedene Arten realisiert werden. Eine erste Möglichkeit ist die, die UND-Verknüpfung auf mechanische Weise zu realisieren, indem man den Transponder 10 und das Schreib- und Lesegerät 12 derart anordnet, daß das Schreib- und Lesegerät nur dann den Transponder 10 auslesen kann, wenn das Betätigungselement 8 sich in der mechanisch verriegelten und mechanisch decodierten Endposition befindet. Eine weitere Möglichkeit wäre die, die erreichte Endposition des Betätigungselementes 8 elektronisch abzufragen und das Schreib- und Lesegerät 12 abhängig vom Ergebnis dieser Abfrage zu aktivieren.

The two coding mechanisms - mechanical and electronic - are preferably logically AND-linked. This AND link can be implemented in different ways. A first possibility is to implement the AND linkage in a mechanical manner by arranging the transponder 10 and the writing and reading device 12 in such a way that the writing and reading device can only read out the transponder 10 when the actuating element 8 is itself is in the mechanically locked and mechanically decoded end position. Erfindungsgemäß wird der Transponder 10 vom Schreib- und Lesegerät 12 beim erstmaligen betriebsmäßigen Zusammenführen von Betätigungselement 8 und Freigabeelement 4 mit einem entsprechenden Code derart programmiert, daß bei jedem weiteren betriebsmäßigen Zusammenführen der beiden Teile 4,8 ein Freigabesignal zur Freigabe eines elektrischen Schaltvorganges erzeugt wird. Dies hat den Vorteil, daß bei der Herstellung lediglich ein universell einsetzbarer - weil noch nicht programmierter - Betätigungselementsrohling gefertigt werden kann, der erst bei Inbetriebnahme der Vorrichtung, durch die Programmierung, zum individuellen Betätigungselement 8 umfunktioniert wird. Um zu gewährleisten, daß auch keine weiteren unerwünschten Verfielfältigungen der Betätigungselemente 8 herstellbar sind, ist der Programmierungsvorgang vorzugsweise lediglich einmal durchführbar. Es ist denkbar, sowohl den Transponder 10 derart auszubilden, daß er nur einmal programmiert werden kann, als auch das Schreib- und Lesegerät 12 derart auszubilden, daß es nur einen einzigen Programmiervorgang durchführen kann.
In der Fig. 4 ist die erfindungemäße Sicherheitsvorrichtung in schematischer Weise dargestellt. Das Betätigungselement 8 ist vorzugsweise an einem Trägerteil 13, wie einer Türe oder einer Schutzhaube oder dergleichen montiert und in einem betriebsmäßigen, in das Freigabeelement 4 eingeführten und mechanisch verriegelten Zustand gezeigt. Hierbei ist erkennbar, daß der Transponder 10 und das Schreib- und Lesegerät 12 derart zueinander angeordnet sind, daß die elektronische Decodierung erst nach erfolgter mechanischer Decodierung erfolgen kann. In der dargestellten Fig. ist die Vorrichtung im dekodierten betriebsbereiten Zustand dargestellt. Erfindungsgemäß ist das Betätigungselement 8 derart ausgebildet, daß es bei einer Demontage bzw. Trennung des Betätigungselementes 8 vom Trägerteil 13 zu einer Löschung oder Sperrung bzw. einer Unlesbarkeit der für die elektronische Dekodierung notwendigen Informationen des Transponders 10 kommt. Das ist beispielsweise dadurch möglich, daß das Betätigungselement 8 und das Trägerteil 13 im montierten Zustand derart elektromechanisch und/oder elektromagnetisch miteinander gekoppelt sind, daß bei einer Trennung (Demontage) der beiden Teile 8, 13 die Löschung oder Verschlüsselung der programmierten Informationen des Transponders 10 erfolgt.
In den Fig. 4a und 4b sind hierfür zwei mögliche Ausführungsbeispiele gezeigt.
Erfindungsgemäß weist der Transponder 10 bei diesen Ausführungen der Sicherheitsvorrichtung eine Schnittstelle 15 auf. Über diese Schnittstelle 15 wird dem Transponder 10, in Abhängigkeit vom Montagezustand des Betätigungselements 8 und des Trägerteils 13, ein entsprechendes Signal übermittelt derart, daß der Transponder 10 nur im montierten Zustand des Betätigunselements 8 am Trägerteil 13 von der Schreib- und Leseeinheit 12 lesbar ist bzw. mit dieser kommunizieren kann.
Da der Transponder 10 keine eigene Stromversorgung benötigt, sondern über das Schreib- und Lesegerät 12 durch ein hochfrequentes Signal aktiviert und quasie aufgeladen wird, kann - unabhängig von einer separaten Stromversorgung - durch einfachste Beschaltung von außen, dem Transponder 10 ein Signal zugeführt werden, welches ihn in einen kommunikationsfähigen oder nicht-kommunikationsfahigen Modus schaltet.
In den Fig. 4a und 4b wird dem Transponder 10 über die Schnittstelle 15 - beispielsweise durch die Unterbrechung oder das Schließen einer Leitungsverbindung 17 - mitgeteilt ob das Betätigungselement 8 am Trägerteil 13 befestigt ist. In Abhängigkeit von dieser Information wird dann dem Transponder 10 mitgeteilt, ob er mit dem Schreib- und Lesegerät 12 kommunizieren darf oder nicht.
In der Fig. 4a ist beispielsweise vorgesehen, daß der Transponder 10 erst lesbar geschaltet wird, wenn ein bestimmtes Befestigungsteil 19, wie eine Schraube oder dergleichen, signalisiert, daß die Befestigung des Betätigungselements 8 am Trägerteil 13 erfolgt ist.
Im Ausführungsbeispiel der Fig. 4b wird diese Ablrage über einen zusätzlich am Trägerteil 13 angeordneten Betätiger 21 erreicht.
Hierdurch wird sichergestellt, daß das Betätigungselement 8 nur im montierten Zustand die elektronische Sicherung freigeben kann.

Die Erfindung ist nicht aufdas beschriebene Ausführungsbeispiel beschränkt, sondern umfasst auch alle im Sinne der Erfindung gleichwirkenden Ausführungsformen.
So ist es auch denkbar die zusätzliche Abfrage elektromagnetisch oder optoelektrisch zu realisieren.

Sicherheitsvorrichtung für Positionsschalter bestehend aus einem Betätigungselement (8) und einem Freigabeelement (4), - wobei das Betätigungselement (8) und das Freigabeelement (4) derart mechanisch kodiert sind, daß durch das betriebsmäßige Zusammenführen von Betätigungselement (8) und Freigabeelement (4) eine mechanische Dekodierung und zugleich ein mechanischer Formschluß zwischen diesen beiden Teilen (4, 8) stattfindet, - das Betätigungselement (8) und das Freigabeelement (4) außerdem elektronisch kodiert sind, - das Freigabeelement (4) zusätzlich ein elektronisches Schreib- und Lesegerät (12) und das Betätigungselement (8) einen Transponder (10) aufweist, - das Betätigungselement (8) beim erstmaligen betriebsmäßigen Zusammenführen mit dem Freigabeelement (4) derart programmiert wird, daß bei jedem weiteren betriebsmäßigen Zusammenführen der beiden Teile (4, 8) die elektronische Dekodierung erfolgt - und das erst nach erfolgter mechanischer und elektronischer Dekodierung ein elektrischer Schaltvorgang freigegeben wird.
