Claims (9)
- Procédé de traitement des mâchefers produits par une installation d'incinération dans laquelle les fumées sortant d'une chambre de combustion (7) sont évacuées vers un ensemble de traitement de fumées, selon lequel les mâchefers issus de la chambre de combustion sont refroidis dans un bac de refroidissement rempli d'eau dit décrasseur (6), caractérisé en ce que des fumées sont prélevées dudit ensemble de traitement et sont recyclées par bullage dans l'eau du décrasseur (6).
- Procédé de traitement des mâchefers produits par une installation d'incinération selon la revendication 1 et dont l'ensemble de traitement des fumées comporte, en aval de la chambre de combustion (7), une chaudière de récupération (9), un filtre (10), un dispositif d'élimination (11) des émissions d'acide chlorhydrique et/ou de dioxyde de soufre et une cheminée (13) , caractérisé en ce que lesdites fumées sont prélevées à la sortie dudit dispositif d'élimination (11).
- Procédé de traitement des mâchefers produits par une installation d'incinération selon la revendication 1 et dont l'ensemble de traitement des fumées comporte, en aval de la chambre de combustion (7), une chaudière de récupération (9), un filtre (10) et une cheminée (13), caractérisé en ce que lesdites fumées sont prélevées à la sortie dudit filtre.
- Procédé de traitement des mâchefers produits par une installation d'incinération selon la revendication 1 et dont l'ensemble de traitement des fumées comporte, en aval de la chambre de combustion (7), une chaudière de récupération (9) et une cheminée (13), caractérisé en ce que lesdites fumées sont prélevées à la sortie de ladite chaudière de récupération (9).
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le rapport du débit de fumées recyclées et du débit de fumées produites est compris entre 2 et 15%.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les fumées s'échappant du décrasseur (6) sont renvoyées dans la chambre de combustion (7).
- Installation d'incinération pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé d'une des revendications précédentes, et comprenant une chambre de combustion (7) d'où sortent des fumées évacuées vers un ensemble de traitement desdites fumées, un bac de refroidissement rempli d'eau, dit décrasseur (6), dans lequel sont refroidis les machefers issus de la chambre de combustion (7), caractérisée en ce que le décrasseur est équipé de moyens d'injection, par bullage dans l'eau, de fumées recyclées prélevées de son ensemble de traitement des fumées.
- Installation selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens d'injection sont des rampes disposées dans l'eau du décrasseur.
- Installation selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens d'injection sont des buses d'injection disposées sur les parois du décrasseur.
