Abstract

Vorrichtung zum Trennen von in Flüssigkeit aufgeschwemmtem Verbundmaterial, welches aus einem Trägermaterial und einem mit dem Trägermaterial verbundenem Kontaminat besteht, in seine Bestandteile Trägermaterial und Kontaminat, wobei das Trägermaterial und das Material des Kontaminats unterschiedliche Dichte aufweisen, wobei ein Rührwerk (11) vorhanden ist, welches aus einer zentral in der Längsachse des Reinigungsbehälters (1) angeordneten Welle und aus mit dieser verbundenen Rührarmen (18,19,20) in unterschiedlichen Höhen des Reinigungsbehälters besteht, und bei der in unterschiedlichen Höhen des Reinigungsbehälters Abzugseinrichtungen für die Materialien unterschiedlicher Dichte vorhanden sind, wobei oberhalb der unteren Abzugseinrichtung (32) für das Material höherer Dichte eine Einrichtung (26) zum Einbringen von Prozeßflüssigkeit in den Reinigungsbehälter vorgesehen ist, wobei der Verwirbelungsraum als eine mit Boden und Deckel versehene zylindrische Drallkammer ausgebildet ist, wobei deren Auslauföffnung und die Achse eines trichterförmigen Zulaufs exzentrisch zur Achse der zylindrischen Drallkammer angeordnet sind, und wobei die Einrichtung (26) zum Einbringen von Prozeßflüssigkeit in den Reinigungsbehälter als ein aus Rohren aufgebauter Gitterrost ausgebildet und mindestens ein Rührarm (20) in geringem Abstand oberhalb des Gitterrostes angeordnet ist.
