Abstract

Bei einem Verfahren zum Regeln der Abgabeleistung von Brechanlagen durch Vergleichmäßigung des vom Brecher (3) kommenden Materialstroms wird das zu zerkleinernde Material dem Brecher (3) über einen Aufgabeförderer (2) zugeführt. Das aus dem Brecher (3) austretende - zerkleinerte - Material gelangt auf ein Brecherabzugsband (4). Die örtliche Beladung des Brecherabzugsbandes (4) wird an einem Meßpunkt (5) erfaßt und der erfaßte Wert sowie die augenblickliche Größe der Geschwindigkeit des Brecherabzugsbandes (4) werden einem Rechner (8) zugeführt. Wenn ein Bereich mit Überlast den Meßpunkt (5) erreicht, bewirkt der Rechner (8) eine Reduzierung der Geschwindigkeiten des den Brecher (3) beschickenden Aufgabeförderers (2) und des Brecherabzugsbandes (4) im Verhältnis der Überlast zur Nennlast. Nachdem der Überlastbereich von dem Brecherabzugsband (4) abgeworfen worden ist, bewirkt der Rechner (8) eine entsprechend umgekehrte Regelung.

The - crushed - material emerging from the crusher (3) reaches a crusher discharge belt (4). The local loading of the crusher discharge belt (4) is detected at a measuring point (5) and the detected value and the instantaneous size of the speed of the crusher discharge belt (4) are fed to a computer (8). When an area with an overload reaches the measuring point (5), the computer (8) reduces the speeds of the feed conveyor (2) feeding the crusher (3) and the crusher discharge belt (4) in relation to the overload to the nominal load. After the overload area has been thrown off the crusher discharge belt (4), the computer (8) effects a correspondingly reversed regulation.
