Claims (8)
- Entgasungsvorrichtung für Tankstellen mit einer Pumpe (12) zur Kraftstoffumwälzung, wobei die Vorrichtung eine Entgasungsanordnung (16) umfasst, welche einen Einlass (33) aufweist, der mit dem Auslass der Pumpe verbunden ist, einen Auslass (22) für entgasten Kraftstoff und einen Auslass (20) für die Entnahme des Kraftstoff/Gasgemisches, einen Entgasungstank (24), eine Leitung bildende Mittel (38, 60, 60') zum Verbinden des Entnahmeauslasses (20) mit dem Entgasungstank und zum Modifizieren eines Durchlassquerschnitts der die Leitungen bildenden Mittel als Funktion des Gasgehalts des Kraftstoffs ausgelegte Einstellmittel (64, 74, 84, 92) zur Vergrößerung des Querschnitts bei zunehmendem Gasgehalt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die die Leitung bildenden Mittel eine erste Leitung (38) und eine zweite Leitung (60, 60') umfassen, die beide in den Entgasungstank (24) münden, wobei das ausmündende Ende der zweiten Leitung (60, 60') einen einstellbaren Durchlassquerschnitt aufweist. - Entgasungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Einstellmittel eine Verschlusseinrichtung (64, 74, 86) umfassen, über welche die zweite Leitung (60) in den Entgasungstank ausmündet, und Mittel (66, 72, 84) zum Steuern des Schliessens der Verschlusseinrichtung, wenn der Gasgehalt in dem Kraftstoff geringer als ein vorbestimmter Wert ist. - Entgasungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Ende der ersten Leitung (38), welches in den Entgasungstank (24) ausmündet, mit ein Venturi (40) bildenden Mitteln verbunden ist, das eine Einschnürung (42) und einen Auslass aufweist, der mit einer Schikane versehen ist, die über dem Niveau des Kraftstoffs in dem Entgasungstank (24) zu liegen kommt, dass die zweite Leitung (60) in den Entgasungstank (24) über dem freien Kraftstoff niveau ausmündet, und dass die Einstellmittel eine bewegliche Verschlusseinrichtung (64) für die Leitung und Mittel (66) zur Steuerung der Verschlusseinrichtung derart aufweisen, dass die Verschlusseinrichtung offensteht, wenn der Druck an der Einstellung der das Venturi bildenden Mittel erhöht ist, und dass die Verschlusseinrichtung im gegenteiligen Fall geschlossen ist. - Entgasungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Einstellmittel am Ende der zweiten Leitung (60), das in den Entgasungstank (24) ausmündet, ein Klappenventil (72, 74, 76) mit austarierter Kugel derart aufweist, dass bei Abwesenheit von Gas in dem Kraftstoff das Klappenventil geschlossen ist, und dass für einen Gasgehalt höher als ein vorbestimmter Wert das Klappenventil unter Einwirkung von Druckveränderungen des Fluids geöffnet ist, das in der zweiten Leitung (60) zirkuliert. - Entgasungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
in welcher der Auslass der Pumpe (12) Schikanen (33) umfasst, beiderseits von welchen sich eine Druckdifferenz ausbildet, die für den Gasgehalt des Kraftstoffs am Auslass der Pumpe repräsentativ ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Einstellmittel am Ende der zweiten Leitung (60'), das in den Entgasungstank (24) ausmündet, ein Klappenventil (86) zur Steuerung durch Verschieben eines Differenzdruckfühlers (84) und Mittel (80, 82) zum Anlegen des Differenzdrucks, der beiderseits der Schikanen vorherrscht, an den Differenzdruckfühler umfasst. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Differenzdruckfühler eine verformbare Membran (84) ist, die dem Differenzdruck ausgesetzt ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Einstellmittel ein Klappenventil (92) am anderen Ende der zweiten Leitung umfassen, das in den Entgasungstank ausmündet, und Mittel (98) zum Anlegen eines am Auslass für den entgasten Kraftstoff (90) herrschenden Drucks an das Klappenventil derart, dass für einen geringen Gehalt an Gas in dieser Flüssigkeit, deren Druck angelegt wird, das Klappenventil geschlossen ist, und dass es geöffnet ist, wenn der Gehalt einen vorbestimmten Wert überschreitet. - Entgasungsvorrichtung für Tankstellen mit einer Pumpe (12) zur Kraftstoffumwälzung, wobei die Vorrichtung eine Entgasungsanordnung (16) umfasst, welche einen Einlass (33) aufweist, der mit dem Auslass der Pumpe verbunden ist, einen Auslass (22) für entgasten Kraftstoff und einen Auslass (20) für die Entnahme des Kraftstoff/Gasgemisches, einen Entgasungstank (24), eine Leitung bildende Mittel (38, 60") zum Verbinden des Entnahmeauslasses (20) mit dem Entgasungstank und zum Modifizieren eines Durchlassquerschnitts der die Leitungen bildenden Mittel als Funktion des Gasgehalts des Kraftstoffs ausgelegte Einstellmittel (110) zur Vergrößerung des Querschnitts bei zunehmendem Gasgehalt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die die Leitung bildenden Mittel eine erste Leitung (38) sowie eine Zweigleitung (60") umfassen, wobei beide dieser Leitungen in den Entgasungstank (24) münden, und dass die Einstellmittel ein Schieber-Klappenventil (110) umfassen, welches an dem Ende (38a) der ersten Leitung (38) angeordnet ist, das in den Tank (24) mündet, und dessen Schieber (114) mittels einer Leitung (118) durch denjenigen Druck gesteuert ist, der auf dem Niveau der Zone (90) des Auslasses (22) der Entgasungsanordnung (16) herrscht, derart dass für einen geringen Gasgehalt in dem Kraftstoff auf diesem Niveau das Klappenventil geschlossen ist, und dass es geöffnet ist, wenn dieser Gehalt einen vorbestimmten Wert überschreitet.
