Abstract
mit einem Abstrahlelement (3), das eine ebene Frontfläche (34) hat, und einem Wandlerelement (1), wobei das Wandlerelement (1) die Frontfläche (34) derart in Schwingungen aufgrund einer Anregungsfrequenz versetzt, daß die gesamte Frontfläche (34) nahezu gleichphasige Auslenkungen mit nahezu gleichgroßer Amplitude parallel zur Flächennormalen auf die Frontflache (34) ausführt und bei dem auf der Frontfläche konzentrische Stege (32),
angeordnet sind, wobei zwischen zwei benachbarten Stegen (32) jeweils ein konzentrischer Spalt (33) besteht und eine Scheibe (5) den Schall- oder Ultraschallsensor frontbündig abschließt, die fest mit den Stegen (32) verbunden ist und die nicht mit Stegen (32) verbundene, als Membranen (51) dienende Segmente aufweist.
