Abstract

Der Patentanspruch bezieht sich auf die Nutzung von Briefmarken/Postwertzeichen zur kommerziellen Werbung. Die Werbung erfolgt dabei in der Weise, daß bei den Briefmarken/Postwertzeichen neben den Angaben zu Frankierwert und Landes- oder Amtsbezeichnung der ausgebenden Post die verbleibende Fläche den Werbetreibenden gegen Vergütung zur Verfügung gestellt wird. <IMAGE>

Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf die Nutzung von Briefmarken/Postwertzeichen als Werbeträger.
  • Neben den Angaben über Frankierwert und Landes- oder Amtsbezeichnung der ausgebenden Post werden bisher auf Briefmarken künstlerische und historische Motive wiedergegeben.
  • Die für diese Darstellungen verwendete Fläche kann statt dessen auch für kommerzielle Werbung genutzt werden.
  • Für die Werbetreibenden wären Briefmarken ein Werbeträger mit großer Streuwirkung und damit insbesondere für Image-Werbung geeignet. Die Postanstalten könnten damit ohne Portoerhöhung den Ertrag steigern.
  • Durch Format, Druckauflage, Ausgabetermin und Frankierwert kann Briefmarkenwerbung gezielt für unterschiedliche Erfordernisse eingesetzt werden. Ein Mitspracherecht der Post bei der Gestaltung kann unerwünschte Begleiterscheinungen verhindern.

Claims (1)

  1. Der Patentanspruch bezieht sich auf die Nutzung von Briefmarken/Postwertzeichen zur kommerziellen Werbung.
    Die Werbung erfolgt dabei in der Weise, daß bei den Briefmarken/Postwertzeichen neben den Angaben zu Frankierwert und Landes- oder Amtsbezeichnung der ausgebenden Post die verbleibende Fläche den Werbetreibenden gegen Vergütung zur Verfügung gestellt wird.
