Definitions
- the present invention relates to a transformable garment and evolutionary obtained by a combination among multiple combinations possible from a plurality of removable and interchangeable modules whose lower part is instantly metamorphosable. She also relates to a module for such a garment.
- Document FR-A-2 307 482 pants can be made into shorts and vice versa.
- Document FR-A-2 567 726 describes a universal garment which can equally constitute a pants, jacket or skirt depending on the user's choice.
- Document FR-A-2 433 913 relates to a concept according to which the different pieces of clothing, sleeves, leggings, etc. are removable.
- Document FR-A-2,593,356 proposes a similar garment having, in addition, a system for camouflaging the connections between the removable parts.
- Document FR-A-2,079,865 relates to a garment obtained by association of assemblable parts of simple geometric shapes. he the same is true of document WO-A-89/10706 which relates to a garment achievable by means of a basic diamond-shaped pattern ("whose large diagonal is parallel to the main axis of the body "), and which is completed by means of triangles.
- Document WO-A-93/25101 relates to a system of "metamorphosis" allowing to modify the external aspect of the same habit. It is therefore not, in practice, a metamorphosis, but a simple quick change of appearance of the same garment allowing avoid removing all clothing when changing. To this end, the coat has movable parts (collar, sleeves, ...) that can be simply fix on a main part. This type of clothing is very useful in the entertainment industry.
- Document FR-A-2 074 752 relates to a basic element "following the human body" of the tunic type forming the support of a plurality of "variants” which are removable relative to the support to change the appearance of the final garment.
- “variants” cannot be grouped together.
- these "variants” are complementary, they are not integral with the basic element.
- DE-U-9320062 describes an object, such as a clothing, comprising a basic model and at least one optional additive as well as at least one element which can be assembled to the basic model to modify the dimension of this object. So, this known solution does not allow either more than radically transforming or metamorphosing the object in question.
- the object of the present invention is to make it possible to make evolve clothing forms with detached modules and removable, so that the user can take care of it of the instant creation and realization of several diverse, original and unpublished models of clothes from a determined set of modules produced initially substantially flat.
- the present invention therefore relates to a garment fully modular and upgradeable transformable obtained by a combination among multiple combinations of a plurality of instantly removable modules including, in particular, the lower part (pants, skirt or equivalent) is metamorphosable.
- the transformable multiple garment fully modular and scalable obtainable at from removable modules that can be assembled differently among a plurality of possible combinations, characterized in that the modules of at least one game are interchangeable, substantially complementary by degree, composite, irregular and possibly heterogeneous, each module is made flat, generally shaped and / or individualized and includes at least on each edges to assemble a quick fastener one to others; that each module is cut in some way whether in relation to the material of the garment so to adapt to other modules, so that by assembling differently at least the modules in the module set defining a particular garment, we obtain different structures of the garment by transforming this garment in another garment of the same kind or nature different, for example an apron in a dress or a bare back in blouse, or by radically transforming this garment into another garment of a totally different nature, for example example a dress in combination or a skirt in pants.
- each module is generally versatile.
- the fixing means comprises at
- the distribution elements is carried out so that they are complementary whatever their configurations.
- the means for fixing the modules between them includes at least one tab attached to one of the models and crossing at least one opening correspondent practiced in another module. It is configured to allow attachment at the same point at least three modules.
- the fixing means intermediate modules is favorably of the type female with reinforced opening.
- the tab is preferably attached to at least 1 cm set back from the edge of said module.
- modules can therefore be subtracted or added, give extension of the garment or removing, superimposing, interposing to enlarge or enlarge, be purely functional or decorate the final garment.
- FIG. 1A shows, by way of example, a set of seventeen modules referenced from 1 to 17, in accordance with the invention, and on Figures 1B & 1C, respectively, the front and back of a garment obtained from the modules of Figure 1A.
- Modules 7, 9, 11 and 12 can be called “basic modules", since they define forms that play the main role, while the other modules determine “additional modules” because they serve basically to complete the basic modules, both for aesthetics only for functionality.
- modules must be complementary by degrees, since they are intended for an evolution clothing, while some modules are exclusively intended to a specific part of the garment, although it is preferable that they are versatile. This is particularly the case for modules constituting basic modules that define the forms that play the role main in the garment.
- Each module comprises, at least on each of the edges to assemble, a means of rapid attachment to each other.
- This means of fixing comprises at least one means chosen from press studs, zippers, pull-out closures, closures stickers, buttons, rings, links, loops and tabs, openings (e.g. reinforced or scalloped), staples, hooks, and combinations thereof.
- the fixing means chosen includes a set of male and female elements, the elements are distributed in such a way that they are complementary whatever the modules to be fixed.
- the fastening means are therefore all arranged substantially equal distance from each other to ensure interchangeability total of modules to be assembled. We will come back to certain preferred embodiments of joining means.
- the additional module 20 affects substantially the shape of an isosceles triangle whose vertex opposite to the base has a tongue 21 with opening, for example reinforced, to promote its attachment, for example to another tab (not represented here, but which will be described in relation to others Figures).
- Two basic modules 22, 24 each consist of a textile support cut substantially flat to go from the middle of the back in the middle of the front. Tabs 23, 25 are provided for ensure the junction with a top piece at the waist.
- Figures 4A & 4B are illustrated, two basic side modules with gathered gathers and box pleats of the belt.
- the belt is assembled as described below, thus than the edges.
- a skirt is thus obtained.
- This skirt will transformed into pants using the additional module 40 shown (seen from three-quarter Figure 5B), which is shaped by means of seams power stations.
- This additional module 40 is to be placed in the crotch and is fixed on the belt by means of the tabs shown. Note the notches shown in Figure 5B which allow more of ease in movement.
- the laces shown are finally Drawn and tied to obtain baggy pants or sarhouel. Well obviously, the different modules can be interchanged.
- FIG. 9 a means allowing the joining of bottom modules and modules of the high (but not exclusively, since additional modules can also be thus fixed, as we will see in relation to other Figures).
- One 90 of the modules is provided with tabs 91 the end of which carries an element 92 of a press button, the other of which element 94 is carried by the module 90 so as to cooperate, after folding of the tongue 91, with its corresponding element 92 carried by the tongue.
- the other module 96 has a plurality corresponding of openings 98 intended to be crossed by the tabs 91 before folding thereof.
- FIG 10 shows the central junction of modules shown in Figures 2B & 2E.
- the additional module 20 has a tongue 21 with opening.
- the tab 23 of the basic module 22 crosses the opening of the tongue 21 of the additional module 20, then an opening 103 made in the other basic module 24.
- the press-stud element of the tongue 23 comes clip on the corresponding element carried by the basic module 22 and not shown in Figure 10.
- the basic module 22 carries a horizontal tongue 101 provided with an opening, by reinforced example, and intended to pass through the vertical opening 102 practiced in the other basic module 24.
- the opening of the tongue horizontal 101 is crossed by the tongue 25 for fixing to inside the module 24. This gives a reliable junction and easy to maneuver.
- All the tabs are preferably sewn to minus about 1 cm from the inside edge to promote junction and make it noticeably invisible.
- the female element 35 of the press button is secured to a substrate 110 of substantially planar and elongated shape in the example shown, the ends of which are not fixed to the module to be fixed 120, since only the four double notches 112, relatively centered, allow its fixing.
- a module intermediate 122 ( Figure 12) may have an opening, for reinforced example, elongated 125 into which the substrate 110 perpendicularly. So when setting up the male element 34 of the press stud, the three modules are directly attached together.
- the female element 35 on a substrate it's all quite equivalent to mount the male element 34 on such a substrate.
- FIG. 13A & 13B all modules are equipped, in particular at the size, of loops 91 which allow the junction with the modules of the top and / or other additional modules, which are sewn on inside before the belt, several centimeters from the edge, and fix on the outside by means of a cooperating half-snap button 209 with an additional half-press button 210.
- a module 201 has at its end a horizontal tongue 203 provided with a half press-button 205.
- the end of the module 202 has a opening 303.
- the tongue 203 passes through the opening 303 and the half-press button 205 from its end is fixed on the half press-button 305 provided inside module 202, after having crossed the tongue 91 then forming a pass.
- the half pressure button 306 can then cooperate with the half-press button 206 on the interior to secure the assembly. The result is shown in Figure 13B. We will see that the fixation is here become invisible.
- FIG 14 a similar device is shown, but with three modules 220, 222 and 224.
- the openings 310 and 312 practiced in modules 222 and 224 respectively allow to accommodate the tongue 203 and to make the half-press studs cooperate 205 and 305 inside module 224, the fixing being thus invisible.
- Figures 16 illustrate the transformation of a tunic in suspenders in a dress with sleeves by different associations, according to the teachings of the present invention, by means of tabs as described here. Those skilled in the art will not need explanations complementary.
- FIGs 17A and 18A specify the fixing means and assembly intended to make them substantially invisible, as can see it in Figures 17B and 18B respectively, the modules that can overlap inside or outside.
- all the tabs are preferably cousins at least 1 cm from the edge so that the modules can to assemble, to overlap, etc., without interfering.
- the additional modules have either a purely decorative role, a functional role to transform and / or transform the garment, either as a junction between the basic modules, that is to say several of these roles simultaneously.
- these interchangeable additional modules are likely to have different surfaces.
- the basic modules between them have, of course, the same role as the additional modules, to transform and / or metamorphose the modular garment of the invention.
- the invention also seeks to highlight a playful aspect to the clothing creation from a puzzle of removable modules, interchangeable and substantially versatile.
