Bayonet joint for pearl necklaces with one or two male connector parts to be attached to an end of the pearl necklace and with a female connector part receiving the said one or two male connector parts, with the respective male connector part having a head (14, 19), a shaft (13), a stop positioned between the head and the shaft and a longitudinally running channel starting from the far end of the shaft (13) and through which a string, onto which the pearls of the pearl necklace are threaded, can be introduced from the far end into the male connector part and can be returned after wrapping it around an abutment (33),
    characterized in that the longitudinally running channel ends near the stop and is connected to two diametrically positioned openings (29) at the stop, that in the head (14, 19) close to the stop there is provided a crosswise pass (30) running approximately parallel to the common centerline of the two openings and that an indention (31, 32) is provided extending from each of the two openings (29) to the pass (30).
  2. Bayonet joint as defined in claim 1, characterized in that the indention (31, 32) runs at least up to the straight line of the shell surface of the shaft (13).
  3. Bayonet joint as defined in claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the openings (29) are located partly in the shaft (13) and partly in the indention (31, 32).
  4. Bayonet joint as defined in claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the openings (29) are located in the shaft (13) directly adjacent to the stop.
  5. Bayonet joint as defined in one of the foregoing claims, characterized in that the distance between the pass (30) and the two openings (29) of the longitudinally running channel is not more than 1 mm.
  6. Bayonet joint as defined in one of the foregoing claims, characterized in that the stop is formed by a flush surface on the far end of the head (14).
  7. Bayonet joint as defined in one of the claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the stop is formed by a collar (20).
  8. Bayonet joint as defined in one of the foregoing claims, characterized in that at the front end of the longitudinally running channel two guide surfaces (35, 36) are provided which forcibly guide a string which is introduced from the far end of the channel to one of the two openings (29).
  9. Bayonet joint as defined in claim 8, characterized in that the guide surfaces (35, 36) form a wedge, the apex (37) of which faces the far end of the longitudinally running channel.
  10. Bayonet joint as defined in claim 8 or 9, characterized in that the guide surfaces (35, 36) are concave.
  11. Bayonet joint as defined in claim 8, characterized in that the guide surfaces (35, 36) are formed by two branch channels (26, 27) which are slantedly directed to the rear and run from the two openings (29) to the end of the longitudinally running channel.
