Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a method for Manufacture of paper lampshades.
In particular, the present invention relates to a method where the paper from which the lampshades are made be folded in such a way that it has a spatial structure assumes.
Various methods of folding materials are in the State of the art known.
The tissue to be treated moves along the two rollers, with a limiting device, arranged between the two rollers is, is led. Because of the different Rotational speeds of the two rollers will cause wrinkling of the tissue, resulting in an even "Zigzag" -shaped folding of the fabric leads.
With this procedure, the garment folded, rolled up, twisted and then in a holding device clamped. In the specialist publication "Shibori-The Inventive Art of Japanese Shaped Resist Dying ", Kodansha Int., 1983, pages 123-138, is a method of producing colored patterns revealed on a fabric. With this procedure the fabric wrapped around a stick, a thread around the fabric placed, the fabric pushed together on the pole and finally colored in this collapsed state. This process forms on the substance that is drawing apart again, a pattern that from the folding of the fabric before applying it to the bar, the winding density of the thread and the direction of the turn depends.
To manufacture lampshades from paper, it is necessary that the paper takes on a spatial structure, so that the lampshades formed from this structure Maintain completion of the procedure. This means that the shape of the paper lampshades after their manufacture no longer changes.
The procedures described above deal exclusively with the folding or pleating of fabrics, it is obvious that none of these methods spatial structure of the fabrics is created, such as for lampshades that are not on a carrycot be spanned, but only by a support structure be worn is essential.
From US-A-1 958 459 is a method for producing folded Known lampshade paper using embossing rolls will.
The invention is also based on the object of paper of this type fold to form a spatial structure that it allows the folded paper to be used as a lampshade.
This task is accomplished by a method of manufacturing Paper lampshades solved according to claim 1.

The method according to the invention for the production of paper lampshades will now be described using an example. The various process steps are shown in Fig. 1.
Figures 1a and 1b show the first process step, at

Hand erfolgen.After
annimmt. In the third method step, which is shown in FIG. 1d,
the
Depending on the desired spatial structure, the third step repeated one or more times.
104 entfernt. In the last process step, which is not shown in FIG. 1
the
entsteht.Has the one removed from the
In addition to the process steps shown in FIG. 1 can the inventive method according to a further embodiment include further steps.
Before the first process step, the
Depending on the desired shape of the lampshade to be made the paper can also be added after walking be folded.
After the third step, the following are Steps taken:
erfolgen.The folded
To further improve the rigidity of the lampshade, can be dried and dried before drying the paper Fixatives are treated. Known fixatives include e.g. Steam or water glass.
After drying, the
Depending on the desired shape of the lampshade you can choose a pretreatment at the beginning of the manufacture of the lampshade of the papers used. This pretreatment For example, if several sheets of paper are glued together, the gluing of paper bags and the cutting and / or punching the papers.
Similarly, during the manufacture of the lampshade Treatment is done during the lampshade for example is colored or gilded.
It is evident that all of the process steps described above to manufacture a lampshade or individual Process steps, especially the second and third Process step that can also be carried out several times the desired shape and structure of the lampshade bring about.
In particular, when repeating the first to fourth process steps the rewrapping of the paper be done around the cylinder so that the new alignment of the paper versus the original orientation is twisted.
abwechselnd aneinanderreihen. Diese Abschnitte 200 und 202
können unterschiedliche Höhen und Radien aufweisen. The special curve shown in FIG. 2 is shown below

However, it is obvious to the person skilled in the art that both the shape of the still unfolded paper as well as the Density of wrinkles generated by the winding course is broadly defined by the designer of the lampshade Limits can be modified.
