- the stern board of a known hull is a quite wide, substantially vertical surface, which strongly resists to the reverse motion of the hull and makes the same subjected to wind and to currents. Thus, it is difficult to drive the hull in its reverse motion, specially approaching or leaving a moorage.
- the flap of the present invention allows to overcome said drawbacks because its control means elements (hydraulic piston, charge/discharge pipes, connecting elements, etc.), which were previously fixed to the stern board outside the hull, are housed inside the hull, thus being protected from corrosion risks, the piston being fixed to the hull in a substantially vertical position.
- the hull stern shape is modified by adding a protruding portion, delimited at the bottom by a sloping surface, the flap control means being positioned inside this protruding portion.
- protruding portion increases also the stern volume and its positive hydrostatic lift, and make "smoother" the stern, so improving the piercing of the hull into the water during its reverse motion.
- the sloping surface allows to place the piston of the flap control means in a substantially vertical position and to minimize the stern board height in order to house the different propulsion means (water-jet propellers, submerged propellers, surface propellers etc.) which are suitable to be instal led inside the hull.

Claims (8)
- Coque aquaplanante comprenant un dispositif de réglage d'assiette, caractérisée en ce que la coque susmentionnée comprend une partie proéminente (1) fixée à l'extrémité arrière de la coque susmentionnée, et en ce que le dispositif de réglage d'assiette susmentionné est actionné par des moyens de commande (3) situés à l'intérieur de la partie proéminente et qui se composent d'au moins un piston (6) fixé à ladite coque susmentionnée dans une position sensiblement verticale.
- Coque aquaplanante selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins un piston (6) des moyens de commande (3) susmentionnés est fixé dans une position sensiblement verticale par rapport à une surface en pente (5) délimitée en bas de la partie proéminente (1).
- Coque aquaplanante selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend :au moins une paire de supports (11) dont une extrémité est montée par charnières sur ladite surface en pente susmentionnée (5) et est capable de supporter la surface active (8) du dispositif de réglage d'assiette (2), l'inclinaison de la surface active susmentionnée (8) étant ajustée par ledit au moins un piston susmentionné (6) desdits moyens de commande susmentionnés (3) agissant sur ladite au moins une paires de supports susmentionnée (11) ;des moyens de raccordement capables de connecter l'extrémité libre de la tige (10) dudit au moins un pistons susmentionné (6) à ladite au moins une paire de support susmentionnée (11).
- Coque aquaplanante selon les revendications 2 et 3, caractérisée en ce qu'une extrémité des supports susmentionnés (11) de ladite au moins une paire de supports susmentionnée est montée par charnières sur ladite surface en pente susmentionnée (5) de ladite partie proéminente susmentionnée (1).
- Coque aquaplanante selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de raccordement comprend un sabot coulissant (9) dont la partie centrale (14) est adaptée pour s'installer dans ladite extrémité libre susmentionnée de ladite tige susmentionnée (10) dudit au moins un piston susmentionné (6) et qui tourne par rapport à ladite extrémité libre susmentionnée de ladite tige susmentionnée (10), et deux parties latérales identiques (15) dont chacune est adaptée pour s'installer dans une cavité centrale plate (12) de l'un desdits supports susmentionnés (11) de ladite au moins une paire de supports susmentionnée (11).
- Coque aquaplanante selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens de raccordement comprennent des moyens élastiques (13) placé entre ladite partie centrale susmentionnée (14) dudit sabot susmentionné (9) et ladite extrémité libre susmentionnée de ladite tige susmentionnée (10) dudit au moins un piston susmentionné (6).
- Coque aquaplanante selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'elle est actionnée par au moins deux moyens de commande (3) placés à l'intérieur de ladite partie proéminente susmentionnée (1), chacun desdits au moins deux moyens de commande susmentionnés (3) comprenant un piston (6).
- Coque aquaplanante selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens de commande susmentionnés (3) placés à l'intérieur de ladite partie proéminente susmentionnée (1) comprennent au moins deux pistons (6).
