Definitions
- the invention relates to a case made of cellulose, in particular for storing glasses, writing and drawing utensils and / or other, essentially elongated objects, consisting of two interconnectable, essentially identical halves which enclose a cavity, the first half has a shoulder formed at least in partial areas, which can be inserted into the part of the cavity of the second half in such a way that a frictional connection is created between the shoulder of the first half and the inner surface of the second half.
- Cases of the generic type have proven themselves for the storage of glasses, writing and drawing utensils and / or other, essentially elongated objects.
- a generic case is known for example from DE-PS 654 244.
- Another generic case is known from DE 44 01 522 C1, which is characterized in an advantageous manner in that the end regions of this previously known case each have a reinforcement device, so that damage to the case in these areas is avoided.
- the objects stored in the cases in particular glasses with silicate or plastic-based glasses, be damaged, namely scratched. This damage is caused in particular by small protruding cellulose particles which rub into one half of the glasses when the glasses are inserted, but in particular the half formed with the heel on the surface of the glasses but also of the frame parts.
- the invention has for its object to develop a generic case such that the objects to be kept in the case, in particular glasses, are protected against damage, for example scratches on the glasses and / or the frame of the glasses.
- the heel has open inner dimensions that are only slightly larger than the outer dimensions of, for example, glasses. Therefore, it cannot be avoided that the glasses, in particular with their scratch-sensitive parts, for example plastic lenses, lie on the inner surface of the wall of the heel when the glasses are pushed in half. According to the invention, it is now provided that the heel has a soft lining in this area.
- the lining preferably consists of a textile fabric, it having proven advantageous to make the lining long-pile in order to achieve the softest possible lining.
- Velvet, felt, pure cotton fabric, synthetic fibers and / or cotton blended fabrics have proven to be advantageous as the material for the lining, with a high proportion of natural, preferably cotton fabrics being particularly advantageous in the blended fabrics.
- the lining is strip-shaped and glued to the inner surface of the wall.
- the lining is glued into the heel after the production of the two halves and insertion of the heel, which is glued to one half.
- painting work can be carried out beforehand in the region of the outer and / or inner surface of the case halves and the heel without soiling or damaging the lining.
- the shoulder has a coating on the outside, in particular in the form of a plastic film, which merges essentially seamlessly into the lining. It has proven to be advantageous here to arrange the seam between the coating and the lining in the edge region of the attachment, it also being advantageous to arrange the lining in the transition region in the coating on the coating.
- the lining can consist of leather, synthetic leather or another smooth-faced material.
- This configuration has the advantage that such materials generally do not secrete particles that adhere, for example, to the spectacle lenses, which must then be cleaned after each removal from the case.
- the use of leather as a lining gives a high quality impression.
- the lining consists of a foam.
- foam also has the advantage that lint formation is avoided.
- the foam is available in different hardnesses, so that specified foam can be used according to the application.
- the foam is smooth on its surface, so that the coefficient of friction in the Surface is as small as possible. This makes it easier to insert the glasses or another object into the case.
- the formation of the foam with a smooth surface takes place in particular through the use of a two-layer foam, the two layers having a different density.
- a foam is used, the layer of which lies on the cellulose of the case has a low density, which leads to special damping properties of the foam.
- the layer arranged on the layer with low density has a high density, so that the pore space in this layer is as small as possible.
- a large pore space has the disadvantage that protruding elements of the glasses, for example screws, can get caught in the individual pores, which leads to damage to the foam.
- a case 1 made of cellulose which consists of two halves 2 and 3, one not closer coat the cavity shown in its interior.
- Half 3 of the case has a shoulder 4 which is designed such that it can be inserted into the cavity in half 2 in such a way that a frictional connection arises between the shoulder 4 of half 3 and the inner surface of half 2 when the Half 3 with half 2 is put together.
- the paragraph 4 is firmly connected to the half 3, preferably glued.
- the case 1 and the paragraph 4 and therefore also the cavity of the case 1 have an essentially oval shape in cross section.
- the case 1 is formed in the end regions 5 and 6 of the halves 2 and 3 in the form of a segment of a circular arc, so that when the halves 2 and 3 are put together an essentially edgeless and cornerless appearance of the case is produced.
- the case 1 has halves 2 and 3 for presentation surfaces 7 and 8 for arranging caricatures, pictures, drawings, writing symbols or the like.
- a further presentation surface 9 can be arranged in the area of the heel 4, which becomes visible when the halves 2 and 3 are pulled apart, around the case 1, for example with glasses, with writing and drawing utensils or with other, essentially elongated objects is filled or if these items are to be removed from the case.
- Fig. 1 the half 3 is shown in a partially sectioned side view, so that the wall 10 can be seen from cellulose.
- a reinforcing device 12 is arranged in the end region 6, which consists of a metal shell, which is non-positively inserted in the end region 6 of the half 3.
- This reinforcing device 12 reinforces the case 1 in the region of the end region 6 of the half 3 in such a way that damage to the end region 6 of the half 3 of the case 1 by elongated objects whose length is greater than the cavity in the case 1 is avoided when the halves 2 and 3 of the case 1 are plugged together and a force is applied in their longitudinal direction.
- the reinforcement device 12 shown in FIG. 1 in half 3 which here consists of a metal shell
- a plastic shell can also be used here.
- the reinforcement device 12 it is possible for the reinforcement device 12 to be arranged over the entire inner surface 11 of the half 3 of the case 1, so that not only the end region 6 of the half 3 but also the wall 10 of the case 1, which runs essentially parallel to the longitudinal direction of the half is increasingly trained.
- the end area 5 is reinforced by a coat of paint which strengthens this area, in particular in the form of a clear lacquer on a water basis.
- the paint is identified by reference number 13 and represented by a thicker line.
- a further alternative of the case 1 according to the invention can be seen in the fact that the end regions 5 and 6 of the halves 2 and 3 of the case 1 are stabilized both by reinforcement devices 12 and by paints 13 or foils 30, the reinforcement device 12 also comprising, for example, one textile material, namely a velvet and / felt.
- a reinforcement device 12 designed in this way is preferably glued to the inner surface 11 of the half 2 or 3 of the case 1.
- Fig. 3 the structure of the wall 10 of the case is shown enlarged with the help of paragraph 4.
- Core of Wall 10 is a cellulose layer 31 made of cardboard and / or paper.
- a paper layer 32 is glued to this cellulose layer 31 and is printed on its surface facing away from the cellulose layer 31 with an image, ornaments or the like, so that the visible outer surface is formed by the paper layer 32.
- the film 30 is now arranged on this paper layer 32, which is based on plastic and is applied to the halves 2 and 3 and the shoulder 4 under the action of heat, preferably by means of a film welding process.
- the film 30 is transparent so that the underlying paper layer 32 can be visually perceived through the film 30.
- a lining 130 made of felt or velvet is applied, which, as can be seen particularly in FIG. 2, merges into the film 30, so that the film 30 in the edge region 33 of the heel 4 runs out under the lining 130.
- the film 30 is coated with the coat 13, which consists of a water-based clear coat.
- the paint 13 covers only the surface of the paragraph 4 in the illustrated embodiment.
- the paint 13 on all surfaces ie. H. is applied to both the outer surfaces and the inner surfaces of the case 1, namely the halves 2 and 3 and the heel 4, as is possible, for example, in an immersion bath, whereupon the textile lining 130 as a strip-like element on the inner surface 11 of the wall 10 of the wall Paragraph 4 is glued.
- the lining 130 consists of leather, synthetic leather or another smooth-faced material.
- This smooth surface The material can also be foam, for example, the foam preferably having a smooth surface.
- the advantage of this embodiment is that such materials do not secrete particles and still have a material-protecting property.
- both leather, synthetic leather and foam with a smooth surface are suitable to have a low frictional resistance, so that the insertion of the objects into the case is made easier.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a case made of cellulose, in particular for storing glasses, writing and drawing utensils and / or other, essentially elongated objects, consisting of two interconnectable, essentially identical halves which enclose a cavity, the first half has a shoulder formed at least in partial areas, which can be inserted into the part of the cavity of the second half in such a way that a frictional connection is created between the shoulder of the first half and the inner surface of the second half.
Cases of the generic type have proven themselves for the storage of glasses, writing and drawing utensils and / or other, essentially elongated objects. A generic case is known for example from DE-PS 654 244. Another generic case is known from DE 44 01 522 C1, which is characterized in an advantageous manner in that the end regions of this previously known case each have a reinforcement device, so that damage to the case in these areas is avoided. With such cases, however, there is a risk that the objects stored in the cases, in particular glasses with silicate or plastic-based glasses, be damaged, namely scratched. This damage is caused in particular by small protruding cellulose particles which rub into one half of the glasses when the glasses are inserted, but in particular the half formed with the heel on the surface of the glasses but also of the frame parts.
Based on this prior art, the invention has for its object to develop a generic case such that the objects to be kept in the case, in particular glasses, are protected against damage, for example scratches on the glasses and / or the frame of the glasses.
The solution to this problem in such a case provides that the shoulder on the inner surface of its wall has a preferably soft lining.
It has been shown with generic cases that the above-mentioned damage is caused in particular in the area of the heel, since this heel narrows the free space for inserting the objects into the half formed with the heel. As a rule, the heel has open inner dimensions that are only slightly larger than the outer dimensions of, for example, glasses. Therefore, it cannot be avoided that the glasses, in particular with their scratch-sensitive parts, for example plastic lenses, lie on the inner surface of the wall of the heel when the glasses are pushed in half. According to the invention, it is now provided that the heel has a soft lining in this area.
The lining preferably consists of a textile fabric, it having proven advantageous to make the lining long-pile in order to achieve the softest possible lining.
Velvet, felt, pure cotton fabric, synthetic fibers and / or cotton blended fabrics have proven to be advantageous as the material for the lining, with a high proportion of natural, preferably cotton fabrics being particularly advantageous in the blended fabrics.
The lining is strip-shaped and glued to the inner surface of the wall. Thus, the lining is glued into the heel after the production of the two halves and insertion of the heel, which is glued to one half. As a result, painting work can be carried out beforehand in the region of the outer and / or inner surface of the case halves and the heel without soiling or damaging the lining.
According to a further feature of the invention, it is provided that the shoulder has a coating on the outside, in particular in the form of a plastic film, which merges essentially seamlessly into the lining. It has proven to be advantageous here to arrange the seam between the coating and the lining in the edge region of the attachment, it also being advantageous to arrange the lining in the transition region in the coating on the coating.
According to a further feature of the invention, the lining can consist of leather, synthetic leather or another smooth-faced material. This configuration has the advantage that such materials generally do not secrete particles that adhere, for example, to the spectacle lenses, which must then be cleaned after each removal from the case. In addition, the use of leather as a lining gives a high quality impression.
Alternatively, it can be provided that the lining consists of a foam. The use of foam also has the advantage that lint formation is avoided. In addition, the foam is available in different hardnesses, so that specified foam can be used according to the application. Preferably, the foam is smooth on its surface, so that the coefficient of friction in the Surface is as small as possible. This makes it easier to insert the glasses or another object into the case. The formation of the foam with a smooth surface takes place in particular through the use of a two-layer foam, the two layers having a different density. For example, a foam is used, the layer of which lies on the cellulose of the case has a low density, which leads to special damping properties of the foam. In contrast, the layer arranged on the layer with low density has a high density, so that the pore space in this layer is as small as possible. A large pore space has the disadvantage that protruding elements of the glasses, for example screws, can get caught in the individual pores, which leads to damage to the foam.
Further features and advantages of the invention result from the following description of the accompanying drawing, in which a preferred embodiment of the case according to the invention is shown.

In Fig. 1, a case 1 made of cellulose is shown, which consists of two
The
Furthermore, the case 1 is formed in the end regions 5 and 6 of the

In Fig. 1, the
As an alternative to the

A further alternative of the case 1 according to the invention can be seen in the fact that the end regions 5 and 6 of the
In Fig. 3 the structure of the
On the surface of the
Finally, the
As an alternative to the above-described embodiment of the case according to the invention, it can also be provided that the lining 130 consists of leather, synthetic leather or another smooth-faced material. This smooth surface The material can also be foam, for example, the foam preferably having a smooth surface. The advantage of this embodiment is that such materials do not secrete particles and still have a material-protecting property. In addition, both leather, synthetic leather and foam with a smooth surface are suitable to have a low frictional resistance, so that the insertion of the objects into the case is made easier.
