Description

The invention has a particularly simple to construct device for room maintenance, especially a vacuum cleaner on the subject.

Known vacuum cleaners have a vacuum cleaner housing with a Lower part and an upper part in which the functional elements such as blowers, electronics, cable drums, switches etc. can be assembled individually. This assembly of the individual parts in the vacuum cleaner housing is time-consuming on the one hand, on the other hand is due to the assembly of the individual parts no absolutely tight air flow in the air ducts possible.

Ein solcher Staubsauger ist beispielweise in EP-A- 528451 beschrieben.Such a vacuum cleaner is for example in EP-A-528451 described.

The invention is therefore based on the object, the structure a device for room maintenance, in particular a vacuum cleaner so simplify that in the actual housing (Vacuum cleaner housing) no or very few individual parts must be introduced.

This task is performed by a device for room maintenance, in particular solved a vacuum cleaner with a device housing, whose dust bag space compared to the interior of the rest Device housing is separated by a partition, where the partition has an air passage opening, and through a separate housing part, which an airtight closed Cavity with an opening for receiving a Blower and an air outlet opening, wherein the separate housing part the fan except for the opening completely encloses the opening with a seal (3) is completed, the one air inlet opening (11) and wherein the seal in the installed state of Fixed part of the housing between the partition and the housing part is.

The seal can be designed so that it is only fixed in the installation position of the separate housing part and this creates the airtight seal. The Seal has an air inlet opening for the intake air on.

According to a further advantageous embodiment of the invention is the air outlet opening for holding a microfilter educated. Because of the separate housing part, that can be manufactured in one piece using the injection molding process is, there are no leaks, so the air only can flow out through the intended air outlet opening, are attached by a at the air outlet opening Microfilter guided all micro dust particles.

The object of the invention is best achieved by an embodiment solved, in which the separate housing part for receiving is formed by functional and control elements. At this version shows the housing part on the constructive designated places receiving devices for the Vacuum cleaner electronics, for the on / off switch, for the cable drum, etc. on so that these elements during assembly be attached to or on the separate housing part can. Thus, the entire functional and control elements housed on a compact part and this separate Housing part only needs to be in the final assembly actual vacuum cleaner housing, preferably initially in the vacuum cleaner lower shell.

The separate housing part is after another advantageous embodiment of the invention so designed that it inserted constructively into the actual vacuum cleaner housing, for example, can be snapped into place.

A simple and inexpensive test for assembly and Service of the device is achieved by the fact that in the separate Functional and operating elements arranged in the housing part are designed as a functional unit.

A side arrangement of the air outlet openings in Longitudinal direction of the device has the advantage that the otherwise for example with an upward air outlet space required for other purposes, for example for controls and / or display elements or for one Handle can be used.

A targeted and unobstructed air outlet can thereby be ensured that to the separate housing part an air outlet hood is formed as an air outlet opening which is used in particular as an air guiding device.

The separate housing part receives additional stability characterized in that between the air outlet opening and the air outlet hood Bridges to stabilize the separate Housing part provided in the area of the air outlet opening are.

This makes the device particularly easy to handle achieved that the device a first grip and / or has a second handle, the first handle of an im Housing, especially in the lower housing shell of the device arranged first recessed grip and the second handle from one second recessed grip provided in the upper housing shell be formed with a stationary bridge.

The function of the separate shown in Fig. 3 Housing essentially corresponds to that of the context with the function described in FIG. 1. By the in Fig. 3rd provided side air outlet openings achieved in that on the upper housing shell Free space for other components is available stands. So in this area in the top Housing shell, for example, a recessed grip or operating and Display device can be arranged. Another Advantage is that through the side provided air outlet openings 4 one at the Handling the vacuum cleaner upward disruptive Drafts can be avoided, resulting in an overall leads to greater ease of use. On the one shown in Fig.3 separate housing part 1 can be used in the manufacture and / or repair all for the operation of the Vacuum cleaner components required, what to a significant simplification as well as a significant one Time saving during assembly leads. So are on that separate housing part 1 all mechanical, arranged electrical and electronic components. As mechanical components are, for example, the Cable drum with operating switch 21, one in front of Air outlet opening 4 arranged filter, as an electrical Components for example the on / off switch 8, the Blower motor 2 and the temperature sensor 20 and as electronic components, for example, one for control and / or Electronic assembly 9 required for display purposes.

Fig. 4 shows the separate shown in Fig. 3 Housing part 1 in a perspective view 3 opposite direction of view. Here are those already introduced in connection with FIG. 3 Reference numerals are used, so that to simplify the Reference is made to Fig. 3.

The device 30 shown in FIG. 5 is concerned is a canister vacuum cleaner that is essentially one one of the upper housing shell 13 and lower housing shell 14 formed housing 13, 14. The vacuum cleaner 30 has a suction pipe connection 31, which with a Dust bag space 16 communicates. An opening of the Dust bag space 16 takes place by means of a dust space cover 32. In the area facing the intake manifold connection 31 the lower housing shell 14 has a first handle 33 on from one to the lower housing shell 14 molded grip is formed. In a lower one The area of the recessed grip 33 is on the lower housing shell 14 a grip bead 34 is formed. The vacuum cleaner 30 has furthermore in the direction of through the intake manifold connection 31st airflow entering the vacuum cleaner 30, which through Arrows is symbolized, a first filter 26, one Motor 35 with flanged fan 36 and Air outlet openings 4 with an integrated further Filter on. In the area of the air outlet openings 4 In addition, a second handle 28 is provided which consists of a in the provided with the upper housing shell 13 recessed grip 29 a web 28 remaining in the middle is formed. A a more detailed description of this second handle 28 results based on the illustration in FIG. 7. The one in FIG. 5 shown vacuum cleaner 30 also has a Cable drum 37 for receiving a cable 38, one Rotary controller 39 and an electronics module 9. in the The rear area of the vacuum cleaner 20 are on each side provided rear wheels 40 and in the bow area one in the middle arranged nose wheel 41 is provided. The lower housing shell 14 and the upper housing shell 13 are in the central region one for the sake of clarity merely indicated bumper band 42.

Fig. 3 und 4) auch bei der Montage von. The vacuum cleaner 30 shown in Fig. 5 is used Inclusion of the separate shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 Housing part, which in turn all in the rear of the Vacuum cleaner provided mechanical, electrical and contains electronic components. In contrast to so far known vacuum cleaners has that shown in Fig. 5 Vacuum cleaner 30 in the area of the suction pipe connection 31 arranged first recessed grip 33. This can inexpensive through a corresponding shaping of the lower housing shell 14 can be realized. Since thus at the upper housing shell 13 no special shapes for that Providing a handle is required, it happens overall to reduce manufacturing costs both housing parts 13, 14. When wearing the Vacuum cleaner in a vertical device position is also a optimal comfort guaranteed. Another one The advantage of the recessed grip 33 is the low Device dimensions that are provided when a separate Handle or one in the area of the upper and lower Housing shell provided handle significantly exceeded become. In addition, there are stable housing parts 13, 14 opposite, so that in interaction with the separate housing part (see. Fig. 3 and 4) also in the Assembly of. Upper housing shell 13 and lower housing shell 14 a safe one when reassembling or when servicing Assembling the device results.

The formation of the other functional components of the in Fig. 5 shown vacuum cleaner 30 corresponds to essential to the operation of known Vacuum cleaners, so that an explanation of this Functional parts can be dispensed with. Another However, the specialty is in the area of Center of gravity of the vacuum cleaner 30 arranged second handle 28 represents that of the second recessed grip 29 with one in the In the middle (viewed from above) there is a web 28 is formed, as in that shown in Fig. 7 Vacuum cleaner is shown in more detail in the top view. By the combination of laterally provided Air outlet opening 4, first 33 and second 28 handle thus very good handling of the vacuum cleaner 30 both vertical and horizontal wearing of the vacuum cleaner 30, i.e. for those in operation or at Transport the vacuum cleaner usually used Operating and carrying modes achieved. Even with one Operating mode of the vacuum cleaner 30, in which this means a strap or a bracket for example on the Back is attached, it comes thanks to the side provided air outlet opening 4 to no noticeable Harassment to the user. Although the one in Fig. 5 vacuum cleaner shown has a mains connection, the invention is not based on such a device limited, but it can also be done with a battery operated device are used.
