Claims (6)

  1. Horizontale Zentrifuge mit einer Trommel (3), einem Kopf (16) für die Zufuhr der Paste oder Mischung und für den Verschluss der stromaufwärts liegenden Seite der Trommel (3), einem Austrittskopf (11) für den Öltrester, der die stromabwärts liegende Seite der Trommel (3) abschliesst, einer Förderschnecke (5) auf einer Hohlwelle (14) welche rotierbar und koaxial innerhalb der Trommel (3) angeordnet ist, Mitteln (17) um eine unabhängige Rotation der Trommel (3) und der Hohlwelle (14) zu bewirken, einem stationären Zufuhrrohr (6) für die Zufuhr der ölhaltigen Paste, das sich durch den Zufuhrkopf (16) erstreckt und innerhalb der Hohlwelle (14) endet, wobei die letztere Öffnungen (20) für den Durchgang der Paste aufweist, und mit Ausgangsöffnungen (10) für den Öltrester, einer ersten mit der Hohlwelle (14) starr verbundenen Ablenkplatte (9), die es verhindert dass Öl zusammen mit dem Öltrester abfliesst, Wasserabflussdüsen (1) die auf dem Zufuhrkopf (16) gewonnen werden, Ölabflussdüsen (12,15), und mit einer zweiten Ablenkplatte (2) die unmittelbar stromabwärts des Zufuhrkopfes (16) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet dass zwei Gruppen von radial einstellbaren Ölabflussdüsen (12,15) derart vorgesehen sind, dass die erste Gruppe (12) stromabwärts des Zuführrohres (6), und die zweite Gruppe (15) unmittelbar stromabwärts der zweiten Ablenkplatte (2) angeordnet ist; wobei die Zentrifuge noch durch ein Element (7 oder 7') gekennzeichnet ist, der sich zwischen dem Zufuhrrohr (6) und der ersten Gruppe von Düsen (12) befindet, dessen Funktion das Entfernen der Schlämme von den Extraktionsöffnungen der Düsen (12) ist.
  2. Horizontale Zentrifuge nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet dass das Element (7) eine mit der Hohlwelle (14) starr verbundene Ablenkplatte ist, welche zentrale Öffnungen (21) für den Öldurchgang aufweist, um die Bildung einer ununterbrochenen Ölsäule zu gestatten.
  3. Horizontale Zentrifuge nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet dass die Entfernung zwischen dem inneren Ende der zweiten Gruppe aus radial einstellbaren Düsen (15) und der Hohlwelle (14), ungefähr gleich der Dicke der Ölsäule an dieser Stelle, und kleiner als die Höhe der zweiten Ablenkplatte (2) ist, derart dass Öl nicht über letztgenannte Ablenkplatte fliessen kann.
  4. Horizontale Zentrifuge nach einem der vorgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet dass die genannten radial einstellbaren Düsen (12,15) zueinander gleiche Winkelabstände einschliessen und auf der Trommel (3) sitzen.
  5. Zentrifuge nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet dass das erwähnte Element (7'), das keine Durchtrittsöffnungen aufweist, den Durchgang von Öltresten von einer ersten Extraktionskammer (22) zu einer zweiten Extraktionskammer (23) erlaubt, und den Durchgang des Restwassers in der entgegengesetzten Richtung gestattet, und zwar zwischen dem äusseren Umfang der Ablenkplatte (7') und der inneren Wandung der Trommel (3).
  6. Horizontale Zentrifuge nach einem der vorgehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet dass sie ein zweites Rohr (24) aufweist, das dazu benutzt wird um Spülwasser zuzuführen, wobei dieses Rohr längs des Zuführrohres (6) für die ölhaltige Paste angeordnet ist, und sich über das Ende des Zufuhrrohres (6) und über die Stelle wo das Element (7 oder 7') vorgesehen ist, erstreckt.
