Definitions
- the present invention relates to installations associated with in-ground swimming pools and which on the one hand fulfill the functions of sanitary treatment of water, namely essentially its filtration, and on the other hand the functions intended to allow users to benefit from the designated treatments. by the general term of balneotherapy.
- this modular assembly being characterized in that the module is prefabricated in plastic, the filtration system is constituted by filter cartridges, the filtration tank adjoins the technical tank, the steps constitute a stepped staircase occupying the rest of said module, the pipes of discharge of the filtered water being housed under this staircase, the filtration tank containing the filtration cartridges, the extraction and recycling means being constituted by one or two pumps so as to draw the water through said filter cartridges, the discharge of the filtered water towards the swimming pool being effected by discharge nozzles, balneotherapy nozzles and counter-current swimming nozzles and these nozzles being distributed over the vertical walls of the stair treads, the balneotherapy nozzles being placed in the upper wall, while the discharge nozzles are placed in the lower wall and the swim nozzles against the current being placed in the vertical wall of an intermediate step.
- EP-A-0 279 140 describes a modular installation which has the characteristics of the preamble of claim 1.
- the present invention relates to a new and improved version of such an assembly, eliminating all the drawbacks noted on the previous version.
- the invention is defined by a modular installation juxtaposed with an in-ground swimming pool and uniting, in a single module molded in plastic material, on the one hand all the technical organs necessary for the sanitary treatment of the water of the swimming pool, and on the other hand the elements intended to offer to the users of the swimming pool the various possibilities of therapies, balneotherapy, with or without bubbles of air, counter-current swimming and the like, in which said molded module comprises a first portion containing said technical members and a second portion whose outer surface is in the form of a series of submerged stair treads, allowing easy access to the swimming pool, characterized in that said second portion is arranged so that, on its upper surface are associated with said steps at least two auxiliary volumes also immersed, one of which is ergonomically adapted to the shape of an elongated body and the another is ergonomically adapted to the shape of a seated body, each of these two volumes comprising on its side walls said therapy systems corresponding to the treatment of the body in the two considered positions of said body,
- the entire installation according to the invention is reduced to a hydraulic circuit and an electrical circuit optimized to the extreme, and therefore compact enough to be integrated into a technical local couple / filtration tank according to the known technique mentioned above, but of very small dimensions and very easy access.
- FIGS. 1 to 3 which clearly illustrate the method of construction of the module according to the invention.
- This module molded from polyester, comprises, in known manner, two portions, namely a first portion, appearing in FIG. 3 and containing the technical organs of the installation, and their control means, and a second portion, the outer top surface appears in Figures 1 and 2.
- the upper external surface of the second portion of the module according to the invention comprises, in known manner, a series of stair treads 1A, 1B, 1C, 1D making it possible to pass from the coping 2 at the bottom 3 of the pool.
- the shape and dimensions of these steps are dictated by aesthetic, ergonomic and practical considerations.
- the balneotherapy treatment systems namely for example water injection nozzles and of air, jet of water by counter-current swimming and the like were located in the vertical risers 4A, 4B, 4C, 4D, 4E, so that if a user settled on a step to undergo a any treatment, it disturbed other users by obstructing traffic on the stairs.
- its installation on one or the other step was approximate and precarious.
- At least two volumes are provided, generally designated by 5 and 6, adapted respectively to receive under ergonomic conditions a lying subject and a seated subject.
- a prismatic volume Y at the level of the feet serves to support the nozzle 16 (see FIGS. 2 and 4).
- This volume which is substantially perpendicular to the body resting in volume 5, allows the surplus to perform a massage of the arch. Its horizontal upper face Z makes it possible to rest the heels above the nozzle 16.
- the volume 6 constitutes a seat for a user seated on the step 1B, leaning against an opening 11 made in the riser 4B and the step lA which remains enveloping to form armrests 11A, 11B for the arms.
- volume 5 in no way interferes with his position with the use of the stairs.
- the water conduits 12 and the air conduits 13 are distributed over the periphery of the vertical walls of the module, so as to be able to supply spray nozzles, either of water alone , or water charged with air bubbles, these nozzles being distributed on the left vertical wall of volume 5 (at 14, 14 '), and / or on the right vertical wall of volume 5 (at 15, 15') , and / or on the rear vertical face of volume Y (at 16), or on the wall 11 of volume 6 (at 17).
- the jets sent by 17 are moved back and forth in 8, so as to massage the entire back of the user.
- This first portion delimited by a vertical peripheral partition 20, which isolates it, on one side, from the ground (in 20 ') and on the other side of the submerged volume of the module (in 20 ") is itself subdivided in two by a transverse partition 21.
- the volume delimited by the segments 20 ′, 20 "and 21 is opened at 22 by a window through which the pool water enters said volume, from where it will be filtered by the prefilter housed in G then the filter cartridges housed in F, through which it is sucked by the pump P (see Figure 5).
- a water delivery nozzle 24 allowing the practice of swimming against the current under turbo-jet, and a projector 25.
- the orifice of the projector 25 also serves as a safety water intake, necessary in the event of an abnormal drop in the water level below the window 22.
- the drive unit is pump P, sucking water from the pool through line 26.
- This pump is regulated by a 3-way valve V, which allows, depending on its position, either to drain water from the pool via line 27, either to discharge the water sucked in by 26 from the filter cartridges F to return it clean to the pool, or to close the circuit.
- the air suction can be obtained by the venturi effect.
- the water is directed to the nozzles 14, 15, 16 and 17 from the line 28, selected by the control valve 30.
- An optional reheating equipment 29 makes it possible to heat the water of the swimming pool.
- FIG. 7 provides a better understanding of the operation of this selector, as it is controlled by the handle 31.
- the handle 31 determines the rotation of a hollow cylindrical body 100 connected, at its lower part, to the three-way valve V.
- the water coming from the valve V will therefore, for each position of the selector 31, be directed towards the pipe corresponding to the treatment chosen by the user.
- a timer actuated by a pneumatic push button 33 makes it possible to automatically limit the duration of any treatment, without interfering with the programming established in advance on the box C (FIG. 3).
- An auxiliary button 34 makes it possible to associate air with the balneotherapy system by water.
- the user, installed in volume 5 can therefore, without leaving his seat, select any program which suits him thanks to the selector 31 and the timer 33, and / or modify this program during processing.
- the objective of the invention is therefore achieved thanks to this new configuration of the external portion of the module, as well as to its combination with this single centralized control system. This results in a convenience of use that no installation of the same kind could achieve.
