Abstract

A mounting system for mounting filter-fan units in a clean room has support rails arranged at the ceiling of the clean room in a grid structure that provides receiving openings for the filter-fan units. The support rails have support surfaces for the filter-fan units, wherein opposing ones of the support surfaces define the receiving openings. Support members are placed onto the support surfaces so as to project into the receiving openings. The receiving openings have at least one of the support members placed onto at least two opposing ones of the support surfaces, respectively, for supporting the filter-fan units thereon.

Description

The invention relates to a fastening device, in particular a grid ceiling, for clean rooms according to the preamble of claim 1.

It is known to mount filter-fan units on the fastening device by means of an installation frame. It is usually formed by a grid ceiling, which is formed from nodes and profile rails connecting them. The installation frame is expensive to manufacture and leads to complex assembly of the filter-fan units. A filter is attached to the underside of the filter-fan unit, which lies directly on the support rails of the fastening device. The installation of those filters from the clean room side, which have to be installed in the corresponding grid opening in the area of the side walls of the clean room, is not possible or only with great difficulty within a clean room. In this case, the grid opening must have a rectangular outline so that this Filters can be inserted through the grid opening in one position from below and placed on the support rails from above in another position. If the grid opening has a square outline, the filter can only be installed from above. However, this is only possible if there is a corresponding free space in the area above the fastening device.

The invention has for its object to design the generic fastening device so that the filter-fan units and the filter can be easily installed from the clean room without a correspondingly high clearance must be available in the area above the fastening device.

This object is achieved in the generic fastening device according to the invention with the characterizing features of claim 1.

In the fastening device according to the invention, the support parts, which are advantageously designed as strips, are used to support the filter-fan units on the support rails. The filter-fan unit is lifted from the clean room through the grid opening. Then the support parts are placed on the support rails. The raised filter-fan unit can then be lowered again until it is supported directly or indirectly on the support parts. They protrude into the area of the grid opening, so that the filter-fan unit is securely supported. During assembly, the filter-fan unit only has to be lifted up through the grid opening so that the support parts can be placed on the support rails. This will make the area above the mounting device does not require a large installation space. Its height only has to be slightly greater than the height of the filter-fan unit and, if applicable, of the filter underneath.

Further features of the invention result from the further claims, the description and the drawing.

The drawing shows part of a clean room ceiling with a fastening device according to the invention.

The clean room ceiling partially shown in the drawing has a frame-shaped ceiling construction 1 with perpendicularly crossing profile rails 2, which are connected to one another in a known manner by means of (not shown) nodes. The profile rails 2 and the nodes delimit rectangular or square installation openings 3 for filter-fan units 4. They are supported on the ceiling construction 1 in a manner to be described. Since the filter-fan units 4 are known per se, they are not described in detail. Below the filter-fan units 4 there is a filter 5 in a known manner, through which the clean air drawn in by the unit 4 must flow before entering the clean room 6. The filters 5 are also known and are therefore not described in detail.

The ceiling structure 1 can be suspended from the ceiling of the clean room. But it is also possible to support the ceiling structure 1 on the floor of the clean room 6. In the ceiling construction 1 shown in the drawing, the profile rails 2 and / or the nodes are provided with upwardly projecting profile parts 7, on which ropes, wires and the like (not shown) for hanging the ceiling structure 1 can be attached to the ceiling of the clean room 6 in a known manner. The profile parts 7 are advantageously formed in one piece with the profile rails 2 and / or the nodes.

The profile rails 2 each have two support legs 8, 9 lying at the same height, through which the respective installation opening 3 is limited. A support bar 10, 11 is placed on each of the horizontal support legs 8, 9 in the installed position. It protrudes over the respective support leg 8, 9 into the installation opening 3. On a longitudinal edge, the support strip 10, 11 has an upwardly directed edge 12 which, in the installed position, rests on the underside of an abutment 13 of the respective profile rail 2. The abutments 13 are spaced above the support legs 8, 9 and run parallel to them. Since they only serve to support the support strips 10, 11, they are shorter transversely to the longitudinal direction of the profile rail 2 than the support legs 8, 9. The free edge 14 of the abutment 13 is angled in the direction of the support legs 8, 9 and forms a backup for the respective support bar 10, 11. The angled edge 14 prevents the support bar 10, 11 from being unintentionally released from the abutment 13 transversely to its longitudinal direction.

In der Einbaulage liegt der Steg 15 etwa in Höhe des freien Randes der Auflageleiste 8, 9.The support bar 10, 11 has, at a distance from the edge 12, a web 15 running parallel to it, which serves to center the filter 5 in the installed position. The web 15 can have the same height as the free edge 12 of the support bar 10, 11. In the installation position Web 15 approximately at the level of the free edge of the support bar 8, 9.

The filter 5 lies with a frame 16 surrounding it on the respective support bar 10, 11. The cross-sectional area of the filter 5 is smaller than the cross-sectional area of the respective installation opening 3. However, since the support strips 10, 11 project beyond the support legs 8, 9 into the free cross-section of the installation opening 3, the filter 5 is reliably supported on the support strips 10, 11. The webs 15 of the support strips 10, 11 serve to center the respective filter 5 in the installation opening 3. The filter-fan units 4 also have a smaller cross-sectional area than the respective installation opening 3. The filter-fan units 4 are moved over the filters 5 supported on the support strips 10, 11. Since the support strips 10, 11 are supported with their upward free edges 12 on the underside of the abutments 13 of the profile rails 2, the support strips 10, 11 cannot tilt under the weight of the filters 5 and the filter-fan units 4. As a result, the units 4 and the filters 5 are properly secured in the installed position. In addition, the downward free edges 14 of the abutment 13 prevent the support strips 10, 11 can be moved transversely to the profile rails 2.

The support strips 10, 11 extend at least over part of the length of the respective profile rail 2. It is sufficient to support the filter-fan units 4 and the filter 5 if the support strips 10, 11 extend only over part of the length of the profile rails 2 extend. Such support strips are advantageously provided on all four edges of the installation opening, so that an optimal support of the filter-fan units 4 with the filters 5 is guaranteed. Basically, it is sufficient to provide corresponding support strips 10, 11 only on two opposite edges of the installation opening 3. In order to prevent the units from tipping over, in this case the support strips 10, 11 are designed to be correspondingly long.

The support strips 10, 11 can also be designed as angle pieces which are arranged in the corner regions of the installation opening 3. In this case, the units 4 are supported with the filters 5 in the corners of the respective installation opening 3. It is also possible to use such angular support strips 10, 11 together with correspondingly elongate support strips.

When installing the clean room ceiling, the ceiling structure 1 is first installed, which forms a grid ceiling with the corresponding installation openings 3. The filter-fan units 4 with the filters 5 can then be installed from the clean room 6 by lifting them up through the installation openings 3. Then the support strips 10, 11 are placed on the support legs 8, 9 of the profile rails 2 so that their upward edges 12 rest in the manner shown in the drawing on the underside of the abutment 13 of the profile rails 2. The downward free edges 14 of the abutment 13 are relatively short, so that the support strips 10, 11 can be easily brought into their installation position by a slight inclination. The units 4 and the filters 5 are then lowered until the filter 5 with its frame 16 is seated on the parts of the support strips 10, 11 projecting over the support legs 8, 9.

In this way, the respective units 4 and filters 5 can be mounted from below in all installation or grid openings 3. The webs 15, which can extend over the entire length or only over part of the length of the support strips 10, 11, serve to center the units 4 and the filter 5, so that a simple and quick assembly of the clean room ceiling is ensured. A screwing, gluing or other connection of the support strips 10, 11 with the profile rails 2 is not necessary, so that the support strips 10, 11 can be easily replaced if necessary. This also makes it easy to remove the clean room ceiling.

The frame 16 for the filter 5 has in the two filters 5 on the left in the drawing a profile receptacle 17 for a seal 18. Unit 4 sits on it. The frame 16 sits with its lower edge directly on the support strips 10, 11.

In the case of the two filters 5 on the right in the drawing, the frame 16 also has a profile receptacle 19 for a seal 20 at the lower edge. With it, the filter 5 rests on the support strip 10, 11.

For example, a cover 22 can be attached to the support strips 10, 11, which covers the ceiling construction against the clean room 6. As is shown by way of example in the drawing, spacers 23 projecting downward are attached to the underside of the support strips 11, which are sleeve-shaped and have a continuous threaded bore 24. The spacers 23 are arranged distributed over the ceiling structure 1. The support strips 11 are in the area outside of the profile rails 2 are provided with through openings for threaded bolts 25 which are screwed into the threaded bore 24 of the corresponding spacer 23 from above. The head of the threaded bolt 25 is advantageously recessed in the support strips 11, so that the frame 16 of the filter 5 can be placed without hindrance by the threaded bolt 25. The spacers 23 are pulled firmly against the underside of the support strips 11 with the threaded bolts 25. Further threaded bolts 26 are screwed into the threaded bores 24 of the spacers 23, with which the cover 22 is fastened to the underside of the spacers 23. It is advantageously formed by perforated plates which have a circumferential, upwardly directed edge 27. The spacers 23 are located close to the edge 27 within the respective perforated plate 22. In the area of the threaded bolts 26, the threaded bore 24 of the spacers 23 is sealed in a suitable manner.

The air sucked in by the filter-fan units 4 flows down through the filters 5 into the clean room 6, whereby it enters the clean room 6 through the openings in the perforated plates 22. The perforated plates 22 can be easily assembled with the threaded bolts 26 and also disassembled if necessary.

With the grid ceiling construction 1 described, the filter-fan units 4 with the filters 5 can be installed from the clean room 6. The support strips 10, 11 ensure that the filter-fan units can be installed from below in all grid openings 3. The support strips 10, 11 represent simple, inexpensive to manufacture components, so that the erection of the clean room ceiling is simple and inexpensive can be carried out. The individual filter-fan units 4 can be disassembled independently of one another. During assembly and disassembly, the filter-fan units 4 with the filters 5 only have to be raised to such an extent that the flat support strips 10, 11 can be hung or unhooked in the profiled rails 2 in the manner described. Therefore, only a small overall height is required in the area above the grid ceiling construction 1.
