Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Faserstoffbahn, z.B. Papierbahn, insbesondere in einer Papierherstellungsmaschine und außerdem eine Vorrichtung zum Durchführen dieses Verfahrens. Ausgehend von der DE 42 18 595 soll ein stabiler Lauf der Papierbahn insbesondere bei hohen Geschwindigkeiten gewährleistet und die Gefahr von Bahnabrissen verringert werden. Erreicht wird dies dadurch, daß man die Anzahl der - für das Erzielen eines mittleren Bahn-Trockengehaltes (z.B. 60 %) notwendigen - individuell antreibbaren Aggregate (z.B. Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Faserstoffbahn, z.B. Papierbahn, insbesondere in einer Papierherstellungsmaschine. Ausgangspunkt der Erfindung ist ein bekanntes Verfahren bzw. eine bekannte Vorrichtung gemäß DE 42 18 595 A1; insbesondere auf die Figur 3 wird hingewiesen. Darin wird eine noch nasse Papierbahn - zwecks weiteren Wasserentzugs - durch wenigstens einen Preßspalt einer Pressenpartie geführt, von wo sie in eine Trockenpartie gelangt. Die Trockenpartie umfaßt - zumindest in ihrem Anfangsbereich - einige von der Bahn nacheinander durchlaufene oben befilzte Trockengruppen. bei dem man die aus einer Faserstoff-Suspension geformte aber noch nasse Bahn - zwecks weiteren Wasserentzugs - durch mehrere individuell antreibbare Aggregate führt (insbesondere durch eine Pressenpartie und durch mehrere Trockengruppen),
wobei man die Antriebe der aufeinanderfolgenden Aggregate derart auf geringfügige Geschwindigkeits-Differenzen einstellt, daß die noch nasse oder feuchte Bahn bei jedem Übergang von einem Aggregat auf das nachfolgende Aggregat in Bahnlaufrichtung gespannt wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man die Anzahl der - für das Erzielen eines mittleren Bahn-Trockengehaltes (z.B. 60 %) notwendigen - individuell antreibbaren Aggregate (z.B. Trockengruppen) abhängig macht von der sogenannten Initialen Naßfestigkeit (INF),
derart daß man bei einer relativ geringen INF eine größere Anzahl von individuell antreibbaren Aggregaten vorsieht als bei einer relativ hohen INF.
