The thickness of the Pinch seal 10 is below the nose-like elevations 51a, 52a, 51b, 52b approximately 3.4 mm and above the nose-like elevations 51a, 52a, 51b, 52b approx.3.8 mm. The narrow sides of the pinch seal 10 are of circularly curved Edges 25 of the recess 20 in the holder part 2 wrapped around without contact. The pinch seal 10 is also equipped with four depth stops 53a, 54a, 53b, 54b, in the transition area to the lamp bulb 1 on the broad sides of the Crimp seal 10 are formed. These depth stops 53a, 54a, 53b, 54b are seated after mounting on the support tabs 22a, 22b, 23a, 23b, because of their beads protrude from the cover surface of the holder part 2, on.

Claims (7)

  1. Halogen lamp capped without cement having
    a lamp bulb (1) which is provided with a pinch seal (10), the pinch seal (10) having two broad sides and two narrow sides,
    a cap which has a cap sleeve (3) and a metal holder part (2) fastened to the cap sleeve (3), the holder part (2) having a cutout (20) in which the pinch seal (10) is fixed in a clamped fashion,
    supporting lugs (21a, 21b, 22a, 22b, 23a, 23b), which are integrally formed on the holder part (2) and bear against the pinch seal (10) in a clamped fashion,
    characterized in that
    the pinch seal (10) tapers in the cap direction,
    all the supporting lugs (21a, 21b, 22a, 22b, 23a, 23b), which are integrally formed on the holder part (2) and act on the pinch seal (10), are directed towards the broad sides of the pinch seal (10),
    the narrow sides of the pinch seal (10) are arranged at a distance from the holder part (2) in the cutout (20).
  2. Halogen lamp capped without cement according to Claim 1, characterized in that
    the broad sides of the pinch seal (10) are equipped in each case with an integrally formed guide web (50a, 50b) extending parallel to the narrow sides,
    two of the supporting lugs (21a, 21b) which are integrally formed on the holder part (2) and bear respectively in a clamped fashion against a broad side of the pinch seal (10), are provided with an opening (24a, 24b) adapted in a fitting fashion to the respective guide web (50a, 50b).
  3. Halogen lamp capped without cement according to Claims 1 and 2, characterized in that the broad sides of the pinch seal (10) are respectively equipped with nose-like bumps (51a, 51b, 52a, 52b) which form a latching closure together with the free ends of the supporting lugs (21a, 21b).
  4. Halogen lamp capped without cement according to Claim 1, characterized in that the broad sides of the pinch seal (10) are provided with integrally formed depth stops (53a, 53b, 54a, 54b) which rest on the holder part (2).
  5. Halogen lamp capped without cement according to Claim 1, characterized in that the holder part (2) has six supporting lugs (21a, 21b, 22a, 22b, 23a, 23b) which respectively form at least four bearing points with the two broad sides of the pinch seal (10).
  6. Halogen lamp capped without cement according to Claims 4 and 5, characterized in that the depth stops (53a, 53b, 54a, 54b) are seated on four supporting lugs (22a, 22b, 23a, 23b).
  7. Halogen lamp capped without cement according to Claim 1, characterized in that the holder part (2) consists of stainless steel.
