Claims (8)
- Procédé pour fabriquer un cliché d'impression lithographique, comprenant les étapes consistant à:(1) exposer en forme d'image un élément de formation d'image comprenant (i), sur une surface hydrophile d'une base lithographique, une couche de formation d'image comprenant des particules polymères thermoplastiques hydrophobes dispersées dans un liant hydrophile, la quantité des particules polymères thermoplastiques hydrophobes contenues dans la couche de formation d'image représentant plus de 35% en poids du poids total de la couche de formation d'image, et (ii) un composé capable de transformer de la lumière en chaleur, ledit composé étant compris dans ladite couche de formation d'image ou dans une couche adjacente à cette dernière;(2) développer un élément de formation d'image exposé en forme d'image ainsi obtenu, avec de l'eau ordinaire ou avec un liquide aqueux;(3) et chauffer globalement un élément de formation d'image portant une image ainsi obtenu, dans lequel ledit élément de formation d'image portant une image est traité avec une gomme avant de le soumettre à un chauffage global.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ledit composé capable de transformer de la lumière en chaleur est choisi parmi le groupe constitué par un colorant absorbant l'infrarouge, du noir de carbone, un borure métallique, un carbure métallique, un nitrure métallique, un carbonitrure métallique et une particule polymère conductrice.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ladite base lithographique est de l'aluminium anodisé ou comprend un support flexible sur lequel est déposée une couche hydrophile réticulée.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications ci-dessus, dans lequel lesdites particules polymères thermoplastiques possèdent une température de coagulation d'au moins 35°C.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications ci-dessus, dans lequel ledit liant hydrophile dans ladite couche de formation d'image est choisi parmi le groupe constitué par un alcool polyvinylique, un acide poly(méth)acrylique, un poly(méth)acrylamide, un poly(méth)acrylate d'hydroxyéthyle, un éther polyvinylméthylique, un polysaccharide.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications ci-dessus, dans lequel lesdites particules polymères thermoplastiques hydrophobes sont choisies parmi le groupe constitué par le polyéthylène, le polystyrène, le poly(méth)acrylate de méthyle, le chlorure de polyvinyle, le poly(méth)acrylate d'éthyle, le chlorure de polyvinylidène, le polyacrylonitrile et le polyvinylcarbazole.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ladite exposition en forme d'image est une exposition par balayage.
- Procédé selon la revendication 7, dans lequel ladite exposition par balayage est réalisée à l'aide d'un laser ou de plusieurs lasers.
