Abstract

Eine Vorrichtung zur Herstellung einer Quetschverbindung zwischen einem plastisch verformbaren, metallischen Polschuh (1), der auf ein Kabelende (2) aufgefügt ist und dem Kabelende (2), umfassend einen Amboß (3), auf den der Polschuh (1) auflegbar ist und einen Stempel (4), der unter Verformung des Polschuhs (1) in Richtung des Ambosses (3) bewegbar ist, wobei ein ein Signal (7) abgebender Sensor (5) zur Erfassung der Verformung des Polschuhs (1) vorgesehen ist sowie ein Komparator (6) zum Vergleichen des Signals (7) mit einem Sollwert (8), der ein Gut- oder Schlechtsignal erzeugt. Das Schlechtsignal dient zur Ansteuerung einer Kappvorrichtung (9) für das Kabelende (2) und die Kappvorrichtung (9) trennt bei einer Ansteuerung das Kabelende (2) ganz oder teilweise ab.
