Abstract
Eine Vorrichtung zur Herstellung einer Quetschverbindung zwischen einem plastisch verformbaren, metallischen Polschuh (1), der auf ein Kabelende (2) aufgefügt ist und dem Kabelende (2), umfassend einen Amboß (3), auf den der Polschuh (1) auflegbar ist und einen Stempel (4), der unter Verformung des Polschuhs (1) in Richtung des Ambosses (3) bewegbar ist, wobei ein ein Signal (7) abgebender Sensor (5) zur Erfassung der Verformung des Polschuhs (1) vorgesehen ist sowie ein Komparator (6) zum Vergleichen des Signals (7) mit einem Sollwert (8), der ein Gut- oder Schlechtsignal erzeugt. Das Schlechtsignal dient zur Ansteuerung einer Kappvorrichtung (9) für das Kabelende (2) und die Kappvorrichtung (9) trennt bei einer Ansteuerung das Kabelende (2) ganz oder teilweise ab. A device for producing a crimp connection between a plastically deformable, metallic pole piece (1) which is attached to a cable end (2) and the cable end (2), comprising an anvil (3), onto which the pole piece (1) can be placed and a stamp (4) which can be moved in the direction of the anvil (3) while deforming the pole piece (1), a sensor (5) emitting a signal (7) for detecting the deformation of the pole piece (1) being provided, and a comparator (6) for comparing the signal (7) with a target value (8) which generates a good or bad signal. The bad signal is used to control a capping device (9) for the cable end (2) and the capping device (9) completely or partially separates the cable end (2) when activated.
